Elisha returned to Gilgal and there was a famine in that region. While the company of the prophets was meeting with him, he said to his servant,“ Put on the large pot and cook some stew for these prophets.”

Elisha returned to Gilgal. There wasn’t enough food to eat in that area. The group of the prophets was meeting with Elisha. So he said to his servant,“ Put the large pot over the fire. Cook some stew for these prophets.”

And Elisha came again to Gilgal when there was a famine in the land. And as the sons of the prophets were sitting before him, he said to his servant,“ Set on the large pot, and boil stew for the sons of the prophets.”

Elisha now returned to Gilgal, and there was a famine in the land. One day as the group of prophets was seated before him, he said to his servant,“ Put a large pot on the fire, and make some stew for the rest of the group.”

When Elisha returned to Gilgal, there was a famine in the land. The sons of the prophets were sitting before him. He said to his attendant,“ Put on the large pot and make stew for the sons of the prophets.”

When Elisha returned to Gilgal, there was a famine in the land. As the sons of the prophets were sitting in front of him, he said to his servant,“ Put on the large pot and boil stew for the sons of the prophets.”

And Elisha returned to Gilgal, and there was a famine in the land. Now the sons of the prophets were sitting before him; and he said to his servant,“ Put on the large pot, and boil stew for the sons of the prophets.”

And Elisha came again to Gilgal. And there was a dearth in the land; and the sons of the prophets were sitting before him; and he said unto his servant, Set on the great pot, and boil pottage for the sons of the prophets.

When Elisha returned to Gilgal, there was a famine in the land. The sons of the prophets were sitting at his feet. He said to his attendant,“ Put on the large pot and make stew for the sons of the prophets.”

And Elisha came again to Gilgal: and[ there was] a dearth in the land; and the sons of the prophets[ were] sitting before him: and he said unto his servant, Set on the great pot, and seethe pottage for the sons of the prophets.

Now Elisha went back to Gilgal, while there was famine in the land. Some of the prophets were visiting him and he told his servant,“ Put the big pot on the fire and boil some stew for the prophets.”

Elisha came again to Gilgal. There was a famine in the land; and the sons of the prophets were sitting before him; and he said to his servant,“ Get the large pot, and boil stew for the sons of the prophets.”

在伯特利的先知的門徒出來，到以利沙那裏，對他說：「耶和華今日要接你的師父離開你，你知不知道？」他說：「我知道，你們不要作聲。」

耶和華要用旋風接以利亞升天的時候，以利亞與以利沙從吉甲往前行。

以利沙曾對他救活的孩子的母親說：「你和你的全家要起身，往你可住的地方去住，因為耶和華已令饑荒降在這地七年。」

她有一個妹妹，名叫馬利亞，在主的腳前坐着聽他的道。

保羅說：「我原是猶太人，生在基利家的大數，但在這城裏長大，在迦瑪列門下按着我們祖宗嚴緊的律法受教，熱心事奉上帝，就如你們大家今日一樣。

我要斷絕你們糧食的供應，使十個女人用一個烤爐給你們烤餅，按配給的定量秤給你們。你們要吃，卻吃不飽。

「我憐憫這羣人，因為他們同我在這裏已經三天，沒有吃的東西了。我若叫他們餓着回家，他們會在路上餓昏，因為其中有從遠處來的。」門徒回答：「在這野地，從哪裏能得餅使這些人吃飽呢？」耶穌問他們：「你們有多少餅？」他們說：「七個。」他吩咐眾人坐在地上，就拿着這七個餅祝謝了，擘開，遞給門徒，叫他們擺開，門徒就擺在眾人面前。

鬼已從身上出去的那人懇求要和耶穌在一起，耶穌卻打發他回去，說：

你撒在田裏的種子雖多，收的卻少，因為蝗蟲把它吃光了。你栽植修整葡萄園，卻沒有酒喝，也不得儲存，因為蟲子把它吃了。你全境有橄欖樹，卻得不到油抹身，因為你的橄欖都掉光了。

耶和華要用癆病、熱病、發炎、高燒、刀劍、焚風和霉爛攻擊你；這些要追趕你，直到你滅亡。你頭上的天要變成銅，下面的地要化為鐵。耶和華要使那降在你地上的雨變為灰塵，塵土從天落在你身上，直到你被除滅。

大衛在位年間有饑荒，一連三年，大衛求問耶和華，耶和華說：「掃羅和他家犯了流人血之罪，因為他殺死了基遍人。」

他們上了岸，看見那裏有炭火，上面有魚和餅。

「人子啊，若有一國犯罪干犯我，我也伸手攻擊它，斷絕他們糧食的供應，使饑荒臨到那地，將人與牲畜從其中剪除；

我對你們說實話，在以利亞的時候，天閉塞了三年六個月，遍地有大饑荒，那時，以色列中有許多寡婦，

過了些日子，保羅對巴拿巴說：「讓我們回到從前宣揚主道的各城，看看弟兄們的情況如何。」

耶和華的話臨到耶利米，論到旱災的事：「猶大悲哀，城門衰敗；眾人坐在地上哀慟，耶路撒冷的哀聲上達。他們的貴族打發僮僕去打水；他們來到水池，找不到水，就拿着空器皿，蒙羞慚愧，抱頭而回。因為無雨降在地上，土地就乾裂，農夫為此蒙羞抱頭。田野的母鹿因為無草也撇棄才生的小鹿。野驢站在光禿的高地喘氣，好像野狗；牠們的眼目因無草而失明。」

過了三天，他們發現他在聖殿裏，坐在教師中間，一面聽，一面問。

他每年巡行到伯特利、吉甲、米斯巴，在這些地方審判以色列人。隨後他回到拉瑪，因為他的家在那裏；他在那裏審判以色列人，並且在那裏為耶和華築了一座壇。

掃羅派一些使者去捉拿大衛。去的人見一隊先知受感說話，撒母耳站在當中領導他們，掃羅派去的使者也受上帝的靈感動說話。

眾人出來，要看發生了甚麼事；到了耶穌那裏，發現那人坐在耶穌腳前，鬼已離開了他，穿着衣服，神智清醒，他們就害怕。

耶穌對他們說：「你們給他們吃吧！」他們說：「我們不過有五個餅、兩條魚，若不去為這許多人買食物就不夠。」

你要向這悖逆之家設比喻，對他們說，主耶和華如此說：把鍋放在火上，放好了，倒水在其中；

耶穌回答他們說：「你們給他們吃吧！」門徒對他說：「我們要拿兩百個銀幣去買餅給他們吃嗎？」

聽從我，天天在我門口守望，在我門框旁等候的，那人有福了。

耶穌就對他們說：「孩子們！你們有吃的沒有？」他們回答他：「沒有。」
