Elisha returned to Gilgal and there was a famine in that region. While the company of the prophets was meeting with him, he said to his servant,“ Put on the large pot and cook some stew for these prophets.”

Elisha returned to Gilgal. There wasn’t enough food to eat in that area. The group of the prophets was meeting with Elisha. So he said to his servant,“ Put the large pot over the fire. Cook some stew for these prophets.”

And Elisha came again to Gilgal when there was a famine in the land. And as the sons of the prophets were sitting before him, he said to his servant,“ Set on the large pot, and boil stew for the sons of the prophets.”

Elisha now returned to Gilgal, and there was a famine in the land. One day as the group of prophets was seated before him, he said to his servant,“ Put a large pot on the fire, and make some stew for the rest of the group.”

When Elisha returned to Gilgal, there was a famine in the land. The sons of the prophets were sitting before him. He said to his attendant,“ Put on the large pot and make stew for the sons of the prophets.”

When Elisha returned to Gilgal, there was a famine in the land. As the sons of the prophets were sitting in front of him, he said to his servant,“ Put on the large pot and boil stew for the sons of the prophets.”

And Elisha returned to Gilgal, and there was a famine in the land. Now the sons of the prophets were sitting before him; and he said to his servant,“ Put on the large pot, and boil stew for the sons of the prophets.”

And Elisha came again to Gilgal. And there was a dearth in the land; and the sons of the prophets were sitting before him; and he said unto his servant, Set on the great pot, and boil pottage for the sons of the prophets.

When Elisha returned to Gilgal, there was a famine in the land. The sons of the prophets were sitting at his feet. He said to his attendant,“ Put on the large pot and make stew for the sons of the prophets.”

And Elisha came again to Gilgal: and[ there was] a dearth in the land; and the sons of the prophets[ were] sitting before him: and he said unto his servant, Set on the great pot, and seethe pottage for the sons of the prophets.

Now Elisha went back to Gilgal, while there was famine in the land. Some of the prophets were visiting him and he told his servant,“ Put the big pot on the fire and boil some stew for the prophets.”

Elisha came again to Gilgal. There was a famine in the land; and the sons of the prophets were sitting before him; and he said to his servant,“ Get the large pot, and boil stew for the sons of the prophets.”

先知弟子居於伯特利者出、見以利沙曰、主今日將接爾師離爾去、爾知之乎、曰、我亦知之、爾當緘默勿言、

主欲以旋風接以利亞升天、其時、以利亞偕以利沙從吉甲前往、

昔以利沙甦婦之子、今告斯婦曰、爾與爾家皆起、往可居之地而居、蓋主命定於斯地、將饑饉七年、

婦有妹名瑪利亞、坐耶穌足下聽其言、

保羅曰、我乃猶太人、生於基利嘉之達蘇、長於此邑、受業於迦瑪列門下、原文作足下詳習祖宗之律法、為天主而志銳、如今日爾曹然、

既絕爾所恃之糧、十婦炊餅於一爐、權之以付爾、雖得食而不能飽、

我憫斯眾、偕我已三日、無所食、倘使之饑餓而歸、途間必困憊、蓋有自遠方來者、門徒對曰、在此曠野、何由得餅以飽之乎、耶穌問曰、爾有餅幾何、對曰、七、耶穌命眾坐於地、取七餅祝謝、擘而予門徒、使陳之、門徒遂陳於眾前、

魔所離之人、求許其偕行、耶穌命之去、曰、

爾播種於田、播之多、穫之少、因被食於蝗、爾將植葡萄園而治之、不得收果作酒以飲、因為蟲所食也、爾之四境、雖有油果樹、不得油以膏身、因果未熟而隕故、

主必使爾患癆、患熱、患燒、患瘧、又遭兵戈、五穀因風而燥、細弱枯稿、使此諸災逼迫爾、致爾滅亡、爾頭上之天將若銅、爾足下之地將若鐵、主不使雨降於爾地、惟使塵沙自天而降於爾、致爾殲滅、

大衛在位之時、歲饑、年復一年、比及三年、大衛問於主、主曰、緣掃羅及其家行殘忍、殺基遍人故也、

爾曹又知天主以聖神、以才能、膏拿撒勒耶穌、耶穌周遊行善、醫愈凡為魔所制服者、蓋天主偕之也、

既登岸、見有熾炭、其上有魚、且有餅、

人子、若有國行不法、獲罪於我、我必舉手以罰之、絕人所賴之糧、降饑饉、於其中絕人與畜、

我誠告爾、昔以利亞時、天閉塞三年有六月、遍地大饑、以色列民間、有多嫠婦、

越數日、保羅謂巴拿巴曰、我儕當復往我昔傳主道之諸邑、探視我兄弟何如、

主有言論旱乾之事、諭耶利米曰、猶大國懷憂、邑民咸憊、伏地哀慘、耶路撒冷號呼、聲聞於上、長者遣少者汲水、至井不得水、提其空器、慚愧慚愧或作惶恐下同蒙首而歸、因無雨降於地、土壤乾裂、耕者慚愧蒙首、麀產子於野而遺之、因無草故、野驢立於童山、吸氣若豺狼、豺狼或作野犬其目迷眩、因無草故、

三日後、遇之於聖殿、坐於教法師中、且聽且問、

歲巡伯特利、吉甲、米斯巴、在此數處為以色列人聽訟、後歸拉瑪居焉、在彼為以色列人聽訟、在彼為主建祭臺、

掃羅遣使執大衛、使者見群先知感神而言、撒母耳立其中監之、掃羅之使亦皆感天主之神而言、

眾出欲觀所為、就耶穌、見魔所離之人、衣衣自若、坐於耶穌足前、遂懼、

耶穌曰、爾可予之食、曰、我儕若不往為群眾市食、則僅有五餅二魚、

當為此悖逆之族設譬喻、告之曰、主天主如是云、當置釜於火、置而傾水其中、

耶穌答曰、爾可予之食、對曰、然則我往以二百第拿流、約銀二十兩市餅予之食乎、

凡聽我、日待於我門、侍於我門柱之側者、斯人便為有福、

耶穌謂之曰、小子、爾有食乎、對曰、無也、
