Elisha returned to Gilgal and there was a famine in that region. While the company of the prophets was meeting with him, he said to his servant,“ Put on the large pot and cook some stew for these prophets.”

Elisha returned to Gilgal. There wasn’t enough food to eat in that area. The group of the prophets was meeting with Elisha. So he said to his servant,“ Put the large pot over the fire. Cook some stew for these prophets.”

And Elisha came again to Gilgal when there was a famine in the land. And as the sons of the prophets were sitting before him, he said to his servant,“ Set on the large pot, and boil stew for the sons of the prophets.”

Elisha now returned to Gilgal, and there was a famine in the land. One day as the group of prophets was seated before him, he said to his servant,“ Put a large pot on the fire, and make some stew for the rest of the group.”

When Elisha returned to Gilgal, there was a famine in the land. The sons of the prophets were sitting before him. He said to his attendant,“ Put on the large pot and make stew for the sons of the prophets.”

When Elisha returned to Gilgal, there was a famine in the land. As the sons of the prophets were sitting in front of him, he said to his servant,“ Put on the large pot and boil stew for the sons of the prophets.”

And Elisha returned to Gilgal, and there was a famine in the land. Now the sons of the prophets were sitting before him; and he said to his servant,“ Put on the large pot, and boil stew for the sons of the prophets.”

And Elisha came again to Gilgal. And there was a dearth in the land; and the sons of the prophets were sitting before him; and he said unto his servant, Set on the great pot, and boil pottage for the sons of the prophets.

When Elisha returned to Gilgal, there was a famine in the land. The sons of the prophets were sitting at his feet. He said to his attendant,“ Put on the large pot and make stew for the sons of the prophets.”

And Elisha came again to Gilgal: and[ there was] a dearth in the land; and the sons of the prophets[ were] sitting before him: and he said unto his servant, Set on the great pot, and seethe pottage for the sons of the prophets.

Now Elisha went back to Gilgal, while there was famine in the land. Some of the prophets were visiting him and he told his servant,“ Put the big pot on the fire and boil some stew for the prophets.”

Elisha came again to Gilgal. There was a famine in the land; and the sons of the prophets were sitting before him; and he said to his servant,“ Get the large pot, and boil stew for the sons of the prophets.”

伯特利的众先知出来见以利沙，问他：“你知道耶和华今天要接走你师傅吗？”他说：“我知道，请不要作声。”

耶和华用旋风接以利亚升天之前，以利亚和以利沙正在离开吉甲的路上。

以利沙曾经救活了一位书念妇人的儿子。他对那妇人说：“你和家人要离开这里去别处寄居，因为耶和华已决定使这里遭受七年饥荒。”

玛大的妹妹玛丽亚坐在耶稣脚前听道，

“我是犹太人，生于基利迦的大数，在耶路撒冷长大，曾在迦玛列门下严格地按着我们祖先的律法接受教育，像你们今日一样热心事奉上帝。

我要断绝你们的粮源。那时候，十个妇女将用一个烤炉烤饼，按定量分饼给你们，你们吃却吃不饱。

“我怜悯这些人，他们跟我在一起已经三天，没有任何吃的了。如果让他们饿着肚子回家，他们在路上会体力不支，因为有些人是远道而来的。”门徒说：“在这荒野，如何找到足够的食物给这些人吃呢？”耶稣问：“你们有多少饼？”门徒答道：“七个。”耶稣便吩咐大家坐在地上，然后拿着那七个饼祝谢了，掰开，递给门徒，让门徒分给大家，门徒就把饼分给大家。

那从前被鬼附身的人恳求跟耶稣同行，耶稣却对他说：

“你们种的多，却收的少，因为庄稼必被蝗虫吃掉。“你们栽种、修剪葡萄园，却吃不到葡萄，也喝不到葡萄酒，因为葡萄必被虫子吃掉。“你们境内长满橄榄树，却没有橄榄油抹身，因为橄榄必未熟先落。

“祂要使你们遭受痨病、热症、疟疾、炙热、刀剑、干旱和霉烂之灾，直到你们灭亡。“祂要使你们头顶的天如铜，脚下的地如铁。“祂要使雨水变为尘土，降在你们身上，直到你们灭亡。

在大卫执政期间，连续有三年饥荒，大卫就求问耶和华。耶和华说：“发生这饥荒是因为扫罗一家人的血债，他们杀害了基遍人。”

你们也知道，拿撒勒人耶稣是上帝用圣灵和大能膏立的。祂周游四方，广行善事，医好被魔鬼压制的人，因为上帝与祂同在。

他们上岸后，看见有一堆炭火，上面有鱼和饼。

“人子啊，若有国家犯罪背叛我，我必伸手断绝他们的粮源，使饥荒遍地，毁灭人和牲畜。

事实上，在以利亚先知的时代，天干旱无雨达三年半之久，遍地有大饥荒。那时，以色列国有许多寡妇，

过了一些日子，保罗对巴拿巴说：“我们回到曾传过福音的各城镇去探望弟兄姊妹吧，好知道他们的情况。”

耶和华告诉耶利米有关旱灾的事：“犹大充满悲泣，她的城邑衰败，人人坐在地上痛哭，耶路撒冷哀鸣四起。贵族派仆人去水池打水，仆人去那里发现没有水，就带着空瓶垂头丧气、羞愧难当地回去了。天不下雨，土地干裂，农夫沮丧地抱着头。因为没有草，田野的母鹿抛弃了刚生下来的小鹿；因为没有草，野驴站在光秃的山头上像豺狼一样喘气，双目无神。”

三天后，他们才在圣殿里找到耶稣，祂正和教师们坐在一起，一边听一边问问题。

他每年都到伯利恒、吉甲、米斯巴各地巡回，审理以色列人的案件。之后，他才回到拉玛自己的家中，也在那里审理以色列人的案件，并为耶和华筑了一座祭坛。

就派人去捉拿他。扫罗的人看到一群先知在说预言，撒母耳在当中带领他们。上帝的灵也临到扫罗的人，他们也说起预言来。

人们出来看个究竟，到了耶稣那里，发现那曾被鬼附身的人衣着整齐、神智清醒地坐在耶稣脚前，他们都很害怕。

耶稣对他们说：“你们给他们吃的吧。”使徒们说：“我们只有五个饼和两条鱼，除非我们去买食物才够这么一大群人吃。”

你要向叛逆的以色列人说比喻，告诉他们，主耶和华这样说，“‘把锅放在火上，里面倒进水，

耶稣说：“你们给他们吃的吧。”门徒说：“我们哪来这么多钱买东西给他们吃啊？”

人若听从我、天天在我门口仰望、时时在我门边等候，就有福了。

耶稣对他们说：“孩子们，打到鱼没有？”他们回答说：“没有！”
