He went in, shut the door on the two of them and prayed to the Lord.

Then he cried out to the Lord and said,“ O Lord my God, have You also brought tragedy on the widow with whom I lodge, by killing her son?”And he stretched himself out on the child three times, and cried out to the Lord and said,“ O Lord my God, I pray, let this child’s soul come back to him.”

But Naaman became furious, and went away and said,“ Indeed, I said to myself,‘ He will surely come out to me, and stand and call on the name of the Lord his God, and wave his hand over the place, and heal the leprosy.’

When He came into the house, He permitted no one to go in except Peter, James, and John, and the father and mother of the girl.

Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead man was lying. And Jesus lifted up His eyes and said,“ Father, I thank You that You have heard Me.And I know that You always hear Me, but because of the people who are standing by I said this, that they may believe that You sent Me.”

So it was, when they had come to Samaria, that Elisha said,“ Lord, open the eyes of these men, that they may see.” And the Lord opened their eyes, and they saw; and there they were, inside Samaria!
