过了些日子，保罗对巴拿巴说：“让我们回到从前宣扬主道的各城，看看弟兄们的情况如何。”

丈夫说：“今日不是初一，也不是安息日，你为何要到他那里去呢？”妇人说：“平安无事。”

我保持沉默，闭口不言，因为这一切都是你所做的。

雅各对他们说：“他平安吗？”他们说：“平安。看哪，他女儿拉结和羊一起来了。”

说：“我赤身出于母胎，也必赤身归回；赏赐的是耶和华，收取的也是耶和华。耶和华的名是应当称颂的。”在这一切的事上，约伯并没有犯罪，也不以上帝为狂妄。

撒母耳就把一切话都告诉以利，并没有隐瞒。以利说：“他是耶和华，愿他照他看为好的去做。”

以色列对他说：“你去看看你哥哥们是否平安，羊群是否平安，再回来告诉我。”于是他派约瑟出希伯仑谷，约瑟就往示剑去了。

于是，摩西对亚伦说：“这就是耶和华所吩咐的，说：‘我在那亲近我的人中要显为圣；在全体百姓面前，我要得着荣耀。’”亚伦就默默不言。

对他说：“你跑去告诉这个年轻人说，耶路撒冷必有人居住，如同无城墙的乡村，因为其中的人和牲畜很多。

进他家时，要向那家请安。那家若配得平安，你们所求的平安就临到那家；若不配得，你们所求的平安仍归你们。
