我將徙爾於大馬色外、我萬有之主耶和華已言之矣。

蓋我耶和華言而有應、原不濡滯、我既言之、爾違逆者、尚存之日、必見效驗、我耶和華已言之矣。耶和華又諭我曰、人子、以色列家常言、爾所見之異象、指後來之事、其禍尚遠、不及我躬。故爾告之云、我耶和華所言必不濡滯、應驗伊邇、我耶和華已言之矣。

我必散爾於異邦、襲爾以白刃、荒寂爾居、掃除爾邑。爾既轉徙於敵國、則斯土荒寂、其壤可享安息。汝居斯土、遇安息日期、壤無憩息、故荒寂時、可獲憩息。

耶和華棄以色列族苗裔、降以禍災、為人所虜、驅於其前、

我必使我僕巴比倫王尼布甲尼撒、率北方之眾、攻斯土之民、及四周鄰國、滅之殆盡、使見之者駭愕、皆作怨聲。不聞懽忭之言、新娶者及新婦之音、旋磨之聲不徹於外、燈火之光不耀於內、我使之然。四方列國必致荒蕪、使人駭愕、惟彼億兆、服事巴比倫王、歷七十年。
