你拿你的衣服為自己做成彩色丘壇，在其上行淫。這樣的事本不該有，以後也不該發生。

國中也有男的廟妓。他們效法耶和華在以色列人面前所趕出的外邦人，行一切可憎惡的事。

約西亞從以色列各處把一切可憎之物盡都除掉，使以色列境內的人都事奉耶和華－他們的上帝。約西亞在世的日子，眾人都跟從耶和華－他們列祖的上帝，總不離開。

我要懲罰她素日給諸巴力燒香的罪；那時她佩戴耳環和珠寶，跟隨她所愛的，卻忘記我。這是耶和華說的。

因此，上帝任憑他們放縱可羞恥的情慾。他們的女人把自然的關係變成違反自然的；男人也是如此，放棄了和女人自然的關係，慾火攻心，男的和男的彼此貪戀，行可恥的事，就在自己身上受這逆性行為當得的報應。

約沙法把他父親亞撒的日子所剩下男的廟妓都從國中除去了。
