然后告诉他们万军之耶和华说，‘我要把这百姓和这城打得粉碎，正如人打碎瓦瓶一样，再也不能修复。人们要在陀斐特埋死人，直到无处可埋。我必这样惩罚这城和其中的居民，使这城像陀斐特一样。这是耶和华说的。耶路撒冷的房屋和犹大君王的宫殿将被玷污，像陀斐特一样，因为他们在房顶向天上的万象烧香，向别的神明奠酒。’”

你们当中不可有人焚烧自己的子女作祭物，不可有人占卜、算命、作法、行邪术、

他不但在欣嫩子谷烧香，还效法耶和华在以色列人面前赶走的外族人的可憎行径，焚烧自己的儿子作祭物。

“你去向陶匠买一个瓦瓶，带着百姓和祭司中的一些首领到哈珥西城门旁的欣嫩子谷，在那里宣告我的话。

在耶路撒冷东面的山上，所罗门为摩押人可憎的神明基抹和亚扪人可憎的神明摩洛修建丘坛。

把自己的儿女烧死献作祭物。他们占卜，行邪术，出卖自己去做耶和华视为恶的事，惹祂发怒。

反而步以色列诸王的后尘，效法耶和华在以色列人面前赶走的外族人的可憎行径，把自己的儿子焚烧献作祭物。

你们至今仍把自己的儿子烧作祭物献给偶像，玷污自己吗？以色列人啊，我会让你们求问吗？主耶和华说，我凭我的永恒起誓，我决不让你们求问。

她们淫荡，手上沾满血腥，与偶像淫乱，把为我所生的儿女烧死献给偶像。同时，她们还在同一天玷污我的圣所，亵渎我的安息日，她们焚烧自己的儿女献祭给偶像，并在当天进入我的圣所，亵渎圣所。这就是她们在我圣所里的恶行。

他还在欣嫩子谷把自己的儿子烧死，献作祭物。他行巫术、占卜、观兆，求问灵媒和巫师。他做了许多耶和华视为恶的事，惹耶和华发怒。

你竟屠杀我的儿女，把他们焚烧献给偶像。

但我告诉你们，凡无缘无故向弟兄发怒的，要受审判；凡骂弟兄是白痴的，要受公会的审判；凡骂弟兄是笨蛋的，难逃地狱的火。

他烧死自己的儿子，献作祭物；他行邪术，占卜，求问灵媒和巫师，做了许多耶和华视为恶的事，惹耶和华发怒。

任由他们把自己的长子烧作祭物献给偶像，以致玷污自己——好使他们充满恐惧，这样他们便知道我是耶和华。’
