所求于管家的，是要他有忠心。

人在最小的事上忠心，在大事上也忠心；在最小的事上不义，在大事上也不义。倘若你们在不义的钱财上不忠心，谁还把那真实的钱财托付你们呢？倘若你们在别人的东西上不忠心，谁还把你们自己的东西给你们呢？

来对摩西说：“百姓为耶和华吩咐使用之工所拿来的，富富有余。”摩西传命，他们就在全营中宣告说：“无论男女，不必再为圣所拿什么礼物来。”这样才拦住百姓不再拿礼物来。

这就免得有人因我们收的捐银很多，就挑我们的不是。我们留心行光明的事，不但在主面前，就在人面前也是这样。

诚实人必多得福；想要急速发财的，不免受罚。

工程完了，他们就把其余的银子拿到王与耶何耶大面前，用以制造耶和华殿供奉所用的器皿和调羹，并金银的器皿。耶何耶大在世的时候，众人常在耶和华殿里献燔祭。
