We are taking this precaution so that no one will criticize us about this large sum that we are administering.Indeed, we are giving careful thought to do what is right, not only before the Lord but also before people.

A faithful person will have many blessings, but one in a hurry to get rich will not go unpunished.

When they had finished, they brought the rest of the money to the king and Jehoiada, and with it were made articles for the Lord’s temple: articles for the service and for the burnt offerings, and also dishes and other objects of gold and silver.
