Have them entrust it to the men appointed to supervise the work on the temple. And have these men pay the workers who repair the temple of the Lord—

付於主殿理事者、以予在主殿工作之人、修葺主殿破壞之處、

Have them put all the money in the care of certain men. These men have been put in charge of the work on the Lord’ s temple. Have them pay the workers who repair it.

And let it be given into the hand of the workmen who have the oversight of the house of the Lord, and let them give it to the workmen who are at the house of the Lord, repairing the house

Entrust this money to the men assigned to supervise the restoration of the Lord’s Temple. Then they can use it to pay workers to repair the Temple.

It is to be given to those doing the work— those who oversee the LORD’s temple. They in turn are to give it to the workmen in the LORD’s temple to repair the damage.

And have them hand it over to the workmen who have the oversight of the house of the Lord, and have them give it to the workmen who are in the house of the Lord to repair the damage to the house:

And let them deliver it into the hand of those doing the work, who are the overseers in the house of the Lord; let them give it to those who are in the house of the Lord doing the work, to repair the damages of the house—

and let them deliver it into the hand of the workmen that have the oversight of the house of Jehovah; and let them give it to the workmen that are in the house of Jehovah, to repair the breaches of the house,

It is to be put into the hands of those doing the work— those who oversee the Lord’s temple. They in turn are to give it to the workmen in the Lord’s temple to repair the damage.

And let them deliver it into the hand of the doers of the work, that have the oversight of the house of the LORD: and let them give it to the doers of the work which[ is] in the house of the LORD, to repair the breaches of the house,

Have them hand it over to the construction foremen assigned to the LORD’s temple. They in turn should pay the temple workers to repair it,

Let them deliver it into the hand of the workmen who have the oversight of Yahweh’s house; and let them give it to the workmen who are in Yahweh’s house, to repair the damage to the house,

When the amount had been determined, they gave the money to the men appointed to supervise the work on the temple. With it they paid those who worked on the temple of the Lord— the carpenters and builders,the masons and stonecutters. They purchased timber and blocks of dressed stone for the repair of the temple of the Lord, and met all the other expenses of restoring the temple.The money brought into the temple was not spent for making silver basins, wick trimmers, sprinkling bowls, trumpets or any other articles of gold or silver for the temple of the Lord;it was paid to the workers, who used it to repair the temple.

Let every priest receive the money from one of the treasurers, then use it to repair whatever damage is found in the temple.”

Now the sons of that wicked woman Athaliah had broken into the temple of God and had used even its sacred objects for the Baals.

Then they gave money to the masons and carpenters, and gave food and drink and olive oil to the people of Sidon and Tyre, so that they would bring cedar logs by sea from Lebanon to Joppa, as authorized by Cyrus king of Persia.

The account of his sons, the many prophecies about him, and the record of the restoration of the temple of God are written in the annotations on the book of the kings. And Amaziah his son succeeded him as king.

The king and Jehoiada gave it to those who carried out the work required for the temple of the Lord. They hired masons and carpenters to restore the Lord’s temple, and also workers in iron and bronze to repair the temple.The men in charge of the work were diligent, and the repairs progressed under them. They rebuilt the temple of God according to its original design and reinforced it.
