如此惡人有子、見父作惡、思改其行、不食岡巒之祭品、不敬以色列族所崇偶像、不淫人妻、不虐遇人、不攘奪人、受人質、即反之、使饑者得飽、裸者不寒、不挾制貧乏、不取利、不迫索、遵我禮儀、守我法度、若此者、不可因父之罪並加誅殛、必全其生命。

約沙法效祖大闢善行、宗事上帝、遵從厥命、不蹈以色列族之愆尤、而崇巴力、故蒙耶和華祐。

如爾聽從我命、行由我道、作善於我前、守我禁令禮儀、效我僕大闢所為、則我必祐爾、鞏固爾國、與大闢無異、以以色列族畀爾治之。
