Hilkiah the priest, Ahikam, Akbor, Shaphan and Asaiah went to speak to the prophet Huldah, who was the wife of Shallum son of Tikvah, the son of Harhas, keeper of the wardrobe. She lived in Jerusalem, in the New Quarter.

Hilkiah the priest went to speak to Huldah the prophet. So did Ahikam, Akbor, Shaphan and Asaiah. Huldah was the wife of Shallum. Shallum was the son of Tikvah. Tikvah was the son of Harhas. Shallum took care of the sacred robes. Huldah lived in the New Quarter of Jerusalem.

他有四个女儿，都是童女，是会说预言的。

其余的人民捐献金子一百六十八公斤，银子一千一百四十公斤、祭司的礼服六十七件。

以利沙伯一听见马利亚的问安，腹中的胎儿就跳动，以利沙伯也被圣灵充满，就高声说：“你在女子中是有福的！你腹中的胎儿也是有福的！我主的母亲竟然到我这里来。这事怎会临到我呢？你看，你问安的声音一进我的耳朵，我腹中的胎儿就欢喜跳跃。这相信主传给她的话必要成就的女子是有福的。”马利亚说：“我心尊主为大，我灵以神我的救主为乐，因为他垂顾他婢女的卑微，看哪！今后万代都要称我为有福。全能者为我行了大事，他的名为圣；他的怜悯世世代代归与敬畏他的人。他用膀臂施展大能，驱散心里妄想的狂傲人。他使有权能的失位，叫卑微的升高，让饥饿的得饱美食，使富足的空手回去。他扶助了他的仆人以色列，为要记念他的怜悯，正如他向我们列祖所说的，恩待亚伯拉罕和他的后裔，直到永远。”马利亚和以利沙伯同住约有三个月，就回家去了。

又有一个女先知，就是亚拿，是亚设支派法内利的女儿。她已经上了年纪，从童女出嫁，和丈夫住了七年，

亚伦的姊姊女先知米利暗，手里拿着鼓；所有的妇女都跟着她出来，击鼓跳舞。

女人祷告或讲道的时候，如果不蒙着头，就是羞辱自己的头，因为这就好像剃了头发一样。

有一位女先知底波拉，是拉比多的妻子，那时正治理以色列人。

我曾经把你从埃及地领上来，把你从为奴之家赎出来；我也差派了摩西、亚伦和米利暗在你前面行。

耶户对掌管衣橱的说：“把礼服拿出来，给所有拜巴力的人穿。”他就把礼服拿出来给他们穿上。

耶和华说：“到那日，必有呼叫的声音从鱼门发出来，必有哀号从新区发出来，必有崩裂巨响从山间发出来。
