Moreover, Manasseh also shed so much innocent blood that he filled Jerusalem from end to end— besides the sin that he had caused Judah to commit, so that they did evil in the eyes of the Lord.

Manasseh also spilled the blood of many people who weren’t guilty of doing anything wrong. He spilled so much blood that he filled Jerusalem with it from one end of the city to the other. And he caused Judah to commit sin. So they also did what was evil in the eyes of the Lord.

Moreover, Manasseh shed very much innocent blood, till he had filled Jerusalem from one end to another, besides the sin that he made Judah to sin so that they did what was evil in the sight of the Lord.

「因猶大王瑪拿西行這些可憎的惡事，比先前亞摩利人所行的一切更壞，使猶大人拜偶像，陷入罪裏，

這樣，你們就不會污穢所住之地，因為血能使地污穢；若有血流在地上，除非流那殺人者的血，否則那地就不得潔淨。

耶路撒冷啊，耶路撒冷啊，你常殺害先知，又用石頭打死那奉差遣到你這裏來的人。我多少次想聚集你的兒女，好像母雞把小雞聚集在翅膀底下，可是你們不願意。

祭司長拾起銀錢來，說：「這是血價，不可放在聖殿的銀庫裏。」

他們被石頭打死，被鋸鋸死，被刀殺，披着綿羊山羊的皮各處奔跑，受貧窮、患難、虐待。

我必使地上萬國因他們而驚駭，都因希西家的兒子猶大王瑪拿西在耶路撒冷所做的事。」

因為他們和他們祖先，並猶大君王都離棄我，使這地方與我疏遠，在這裏向素不認識的別神燒香，又使這地方遍滿無辜人的血。

瑪拿西引誘猶大和耶路撒冷的居民行惡，比耶和華在以色列人面前所滅的列國更嚴重。

你衣服的邊上有無辜貧窮人的血，其實你並未發現他們挖洞進屋偷竊。雖有這一切的事，

他又把自己所造的亞舍拉雕像立在殿內，耶和華曾對大衛和他兒子所羅門說：「我在以色列眾支派中所選擇的耶路撒冷和這殿，必立我的名，直到永遠。

耶和華啊，求你赦免你所救贖的百姓以色列，不要讓無辜的血歸在你的百姓以色列中間。』這樣，他們流血的罪就必得赦免。你行了耶和華眼中看為正的事，就可以從你中間除掉無辜的血。」

說：『若是我們在先祖的時代，必不和他們一同流先知的血。』這樣，你們就證明自己是殺害先知的人的子孫了。

摩西對亞倫說：「這百姓向你做了甚麼呢？你竟使他們陷入大罪中！」

這事臨到猶大，誠然是出於耶和華的命令，要把猶大從自己面前趕出去，是因瑪拿西所犯的一切罪，又因他流無辜人的血，使無辜人的血充滿耶路撒冷；耶和華不願赦免。

不欺壓寄居的和孤兒寡婦，不在這地方流無辜人的血，也不隨從別神陷害自己，

耶和華必擊打以色列，使他們搖動，像水中的蘆葦一樣，又將他們從耶和華賜給他們列祖的美地上拔出來，分散在大河那邊，因為他們造了亞舍拉，惹耶和華發怒。因耶羅波安所犯的罪，又因他使以色列陷入罪裏，耶和華必將以色列交出來。」
