Moreover, Manasseh also shed so much innocent blood that he filled Jerusalem from end to end— besides the sin that he had caused Judah to commit, so that they did evil in the eyes of the Lord.

Manasseh also spilled the blood of many people who weren’t guilty of doing anything wrong. He spilled so much blood that he filled Jerusalem with it from one end of the city to the other. And he caused Judah to commit sin. So they also did what was evil in the eyes of the Lord.

因猶大王瑪拿西行此可憎之事、較亞摩利人作惡尤甚、使猶大人因其偶像而陷於罪、

如是、則不污爾所居之地、蓋流人血、乃污其地、非流殺人者之血、則無以潔之、

耶路撒冷歟、耶路撒冷歟、殺先知、石擊使於爾者乎、我欲集爾赤子、似牝鷄集雛翼下者屢矣、而爾不欲也、

祭司諸長取其金、曰、此乃血值、貯庫非宜、

受石擊、鋸解、磨練、死於鋒刃、衣綿羊山羊之皮而流離、受窮乏、患難、暴虐、

我必因猶大王希西家子瑪拿西、所行於耶路撒冷之事、播棄之於天下萬國、

緣彼與其列祖、及猶大列王棄我、視斯土為異域、焚香於其未識之神、且流無辜之血、徧於斯土、

瑪拿西誘猶大及耶路撒冷居民、致其行惡、較耶和華於以色列人前、所滅之族尤甚、

爾殺無辜貧人、其血見於爾裾、非因其穿窬、乃因其以此責爾也、

又於耶和華室、置所造之亞舍拉雕像、昔耶和華諭大衛、及其子所羅門曰、此室與耶路撒冷、乃我於以色列支派中所簡者、必永寄我名於其中、

耶和華歟、爾所贖之以色列族、求爾宥之、勿使無辜之血、歸於爾民、於是流血之罪得赦、爾行耶和華所視為正者、則流血之罪、可除於爾中、○

每曰、若我在我列祖時、必不與於流先知之血、如是、爾自證為殺先知者之裔矣、

謂亞倫曰、斯民於爾何為、使陷重罪、

此事臨及猶大、乃耶和華所命、以屏之於其前、因瑪拿西所犯諸罪也、且因其流無辜之血、遍滿耶路撒冷、耶和華不赦之、

不虐羇旅孤寡、不流無辜之血於斯、不從他神以自害、

耶和華必擊以色列、若葦搖於水中、拔之出於所錫列祖之美地、散之河外、因其作木偶、激耶和華之怒也、緣耶羅波安所犯之罪、使以色列人陷之、耶和華必棄以色列族、
