“ The message the Lord has spoken through you is good,” Hezekiah replied. He thought,“ There will be peace and safety while I’m still living.”

希西家对以赛亚说：“你所说耶和华的话甚好！若在我的年日中有太平和稳固的景况，岂不是好吗？”

希西家对以赛亚说：“你所说耶和华的话甚好。”因为他想：“在我有生之年岂不是有太平和安稳吗？”

希西迦对以赛亚说：“耶和华借你说的话很好。”因为他想：“至少我有生之年将平安稳妥。”

希西家对以赛亚说：“你所说耶和华的话很好。”他心里说：“在我的日子有和平和安全不是很好吗？”

希西家對以賽亞說：「你所說耶和華的話甚好！若在我的年日中有太平和穩固的景況，豈不是好嗎？」

希西家對以賽亞說：「你所說耶和華的話甚好。」因為他想：「在我有生之年豈不是有太平和安穩嗎？」

希西迦對以賽亞說：「耶和華藉你說的話很好。」因為他想：「至少我有生之年將平安穩妥。」

希西家對以賽亞說：“你所說耶和華的話很好。”他心裡說：“在我的日子有和平和安全不是很好嗎？”

希西家對以賽亞說：『你所說永恆主的話很好啊。』他心裏說：『這豈不是說至少在我活着的日子有太平穩固的景況麼？』

希西家謂以賽亞曰、爾所傳耶和華之言善矣、又曰、若我尚存之日、得其綏安穩固、豈非善乎、

希西家告以賽亞曰、爾所傳耶和華之言甚善。又曰、我尚存之日、仍享綏安、豈非善乎。

希西家謂以賽亞曰、爾所傳主之言甚善、又曰、或作自思曰我在世之日、仍享平康、遇誠實遇誠實或作不遭變足矣、

“ The word of the Lord you have spoken is good,” Hezekiah replied. For he thought,“ Will there not be peace and security in my lifetime?”

Then Hezekiah said to Isaiah,“ The word of the Lord that you have spoken is good.” For he thought,“ Why not, if there will be peace and security in my days?”

Then Hezekiah said to Isaiah,“ This message you have given me from the Lord is good.” For the king was thinking,“ At least there will be peace and security during my lifetime.”

Then Hezekiah said to Isaiah,“ The word of the LORD that you have spoken is good,” for he thought,“ Why not, if there will be peace and security during my lifetime?”

Then Hezekiah said to Isaiah,“ The word of the Lord which you have spoken is good.” For he thought,“ Is it not good, if there will be peace and security in my days?”

So Hezekiah said to Isaiah,“ The word of the Lord which you have spoken is good!” For he said,“ Will there not be peace and truth at least in my days?”

Then said Hezekiah unto Isaiah, Good is the word of Jehovah which thou hast spoken. He said moreover, Is it not so, if peace and truth shall be in my days?

Then Hezekiah said to Isaiah,“ The word of the Lord that you have spoken is good,” for he thought: Why not, if there will be peace and security during my lifetime?

Then said Hezekiah unto Isaiah, Good[ is] the word of the LORD which thou hast spoken. And he said,[ Is it] not[ good], if peace and truth be in my days?

Hezekiah said to Isaiah,“ The LORD’s word which you have announced is appropriate.” Then he added,“ At least there will be peace and stability during my lifetime.”

Then Hezekiah said to Isaiah,“ Yahweh’s word which you have spoken is good.” He said moreover,“ Isn’t it so, if peace and truth will be in my days?”

So Samuel told him everything. He didn’t hide anything from him. Then Eli said,“ He is the Lord. Let him do what he thinks is best.”

“ You have established special times to go without eating. They are your fasts in the fourth, fifth, seventh and tenth months. They will become days of joy. They will be happy times for Judah. It will happen if you take delight in telling the truth and bringing about peace.”

“ May glory be given to God in the highest heaven! And may peace be given to those he is pleased with on earth!”

But the angel said to them,“ Do not be afraid. I bring you good news. It will bring great joy for all the people.

The Lord loves us very much. So we haven’t been completely destroyed. His loving concern never fails.

I keep silent. I don’t open my mouth. You are the one who has caused all this to happen.

Then Moses spoke to Aaron. He said,“ That’s what the Lord was talking about when he said,“‘ Among those who approach me I will show that I am holy. In the sight of all the people I will be honored.’ ” So Aaron remained silent.

“ But now I will bring health and healing to Jerusalem. I will heal my people. I will let them enjoy great peace and security.

He said,“ I was born naked. And I’ll leave here naked. The Lord has given, and the Lord has taken away. May the name of the Lord be praised.”

Mordecai sent letters to all the Jews in the 127 territories of the kingdom of Xerxes. The letters had messages of kindness and hope in them.

A person who is still alive shouldn’t blame God when God punishes them for their sins.
