神言人以賽亞向永恆主呼求，永恆主就使臺階上的日影、在亞哈斯臺階上所照下的、往後退了十步。

Then the prophet Isaiah called on the Lord, and the Lord made the shadow go back the ten steps it had gone down on the stairway of Ahaz.

Then Isaiah the prophet called out to the Lord. And the Lord made the shadow go back ten steps. It went back the ten steps it had gone down on the stairway Ahaz had made.

And Isaiah the prophet called to the Lord, and he brought the shadow back ten steps, by which it had gone down on the steps of Ahaz.

So Isaiah the prophet asked the Lord to do this, and he caused the shadow to move ten steps backward on the sundial of Ahaz!

So the prophet Isaiah called out to the LORD, and he brought the shadow back the ten steps it had descended on the stairway of Ahaz.

Then Isaiah the prophet called out to the Lord, and He brought the shadow on the stairway back ten steps by which it had gone down on the stairway of Ahaz.

So Isaiah the prophet cried out to the Lord, and He brought the shadow ten degrees backward, by which it had gone down on the sundial of Ahaz.

And Isaiah the prophet cried unto Jehovah; and he brought the shadow ten steps backward, by which it had gone down on the dial of Ahaz.

So Isaiah the prophet called out to the Lord, and He brought the shadow back the 10 steps it had descended on Ahaz’s stairway.

And Isaiah the prophet cried unto the LORD: and he brought the shadow ten degrees backward, by which it had gone down in the dial of Ahaz.

Isaiah the prophet called out to the LORD, and the LORD made the shadow go back ten steps on the stairs of Ahaz.

Isaiah the prophet cried to Yahweh; and he brought the shadow ten steps backward, by which it had gone down on the sundial of Ahaz.

那時候，當永恆主將亞摩利人交付以色列人的日子，約書亞就對永恆主說話；他在以色列人眼前說：『日頭啊，在基遍停着哦；月亮啊，在亞雅崙山谷止住哦。』於是日頭就停着，月亮也站着，直等到國民在仇敵身上報了仇。這事豈不是寫在正直人詩歌集上麼？日頭在天當中站住，不急速下去、約有一整天。這日以前、這日以後、永恆主聽人的聲音、沒有像這一日的；因為永恆主真地為以色列爭戰了。

看吧，我必使臺階上的日影兒、就是在亞哈斯臺階上所照下的、往後退十步。』於是在臺階上所照下的日影兒果然退了十步。

他就向永恆主哀呼說：『永恆主我的上帝啊，我寄居在這寡婦家裏，難道你竟降禍於她，使她的兒子死了麼？』以利亞身對身地伏在孩子身上三次，向永恆主哀呼說：『永恆主我的上帝啊，叫這孩子魂回身上吧！』

在獻上素祭的時候、神言人以利亞湊近前去、說：『亞伯拉罕、以撒、以色列的上帝永恆主啊，求你今天使人知道你乃是以色列中的上帝，而我是你的僕人，又是奉你吩咐的話行這一切事的。永恆主啊，應允我，應允我；求你使這人民知道你永恆主乃是上帝，又知道是你使這人民的心回轉過來的。』於是永恆主的火便降下來，燒盡了燔祭、木柴、石頭、塵土，又把溝裏的水都餂燒乾了。

所以巴比倫公侯的大使奉差來見希西家、要查問猶大地所發生的兆頭；在這件事上帝也放任希西家隨意而行，為的是要試驗他，好知道他內心所隱藏的是甚麼。

當那些日子、希西家病得快死，就禱告永恆主；永恆主有話對他說，又給了他一個兆頭。

彼得催迫眾人出去，就跪下禱告，轉身對屍體說：『大比大，起來！』那婦人就睜開眼睛，看見彼得、便坐起來。

永恆主對摩西說：『你為甚麼向我哀叫呢？要吩咐以色列人往前行。
