Hezekiah prayed before Yahweh, and said,“ Yahweh, the God of Israel, who are enthroned above the cherubim, you are the God, even you alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth. You have made heaven and earth.

希西家在永恆主面前禱告說：『永恆主、以色列的上帝、坐在基路伯中間的啊，惟獨你是地上萬國的上帝；是你造了天和地。

禱曰、居基路伯上、以色列之上帝耶和華歟、天下萬國、惟爾為上帝、天地為爾所造、

禱曰、居𠼻𡀔咏間、以色列族之上帝耶和華、既造天地、則在天下列國中、爾獨為上帝、

希西家禱於主前曰、居二基路伯間主以色列之天主歟、惟主為天下萬國之天主、天地乃主所造、

And Hezekiah prayed to the Lord:“ Lord, the God of Israel, enthroned between the cherubim, you alone are God over all the kingdoms of the earth. You have made heaven and earth.

Hezekiah prayed to the Lord. He said,“ Lord, you are the God of Israel. You sit on your throne between the cherubim. You alone are God over all the kingdoms on earth. You have made heaven and earth.

And Hezekiah prayed before the Lord and said:“ O Lord, the God of Israel, enthroned above the cherubim, you are the God, you alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth; you have made heaven and earth.

And Hezekiah prayed this prayer before the Lord:“ O Lord, God of Israel, you are enthroned between the mighty cherubim! You alone are God of all the kingdoms of the earth. You alone created the heavens and the earth.

Then Hezekiah prayed before the LORD: LORD God of Israel, enthroned between the cherubim, you are God— you alone— of all the kingdoms of the earth. You made the heavens and the earth.

Hezekiah prayed before the Lord and said,“ Lord, God of Israel, enthroned above the cherubim, You are the God, You alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth. You have made heaven and earth.

Then Hezekiah prayed before the Lord, and said:“ O Lord God of Israel, the One who dwells between the cherubim, You are God, You alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth. You have made heaven and earth.

And Hezekiah prayed before Jehovah, and said, O Jehovah, the God of Israel, that sittest above the cherubim, thou art the God, even thou alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth; thou hast made heaven and earth.

Then Hezekiah prayed before the Lord: Lord God of Israel who is enthroned above the cherubim, You are God— You alone— of all the kingdoms of the earth. You made the heavens and the earth.

And Hezekiah prayed before the LORD, and said, O LORD God of Israel, which dwellest[ between] the cherubims, thou art the God,[ even] thou alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth; thou hast made heaven and earth.

Hezekiah prayed before the LORD:“ LORD God of Israel, who is enthroned on the cherubs! You alone are God over all the kingdoms of the earth. You made the sky and the earth.

There I will meet with you, and I will tell you from above the mercy seat, from between the two cherubim which are on the ark of the covenant, all that I command you for the children of Israel.

The poor and needy seek water, and there is none. Their tongue fails for thirst. I, Yahweh, will answer them. I, the God of Israel, will not forsake them.

This is what Yahweh, the King of Israel, and his Redeemer, Yahweh of Armies, says:“ I am the first, and I am the last; and besides me there is no God.

He returned to the man of God, he and all his company, and came, and stood before him; and he said,“ See now, I know that there is no God in all the earth, but in Israel. Now therefore, please take a gift from your servant.”

When all the people saw it, they fell on their faces. They said,“ Yahweh, he is God! Yahweh, he is God!”

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.The same was in the beginning with God.All things were made through him. Without him, nothing was made that has been made.

At the end of the days I, Nebuchadnezzar, lifted up my eyes to heaven, and my understanding returned to me, and I blessed the Most High, and I praised and honored him who lives forever; for his dominion is an everlasting dominion, and his kingdom from generation to generation.All the inhabitants of the earth are reputed as nothing; and he does according to his will in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth; and no one can stop his hand, or ask him,“ What are you doing?”

Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying,“ Oh that you would bless me indeed, and enlarge my border! May your hand be with me, and may you keep me from evil, that I may not cause pain!” God granted him that which he requested.

Of old, you laid the foundation of the earth. The heavens are the work of your hands.

and he said,“ Yahweh, the God of our fathers, aren’t you God in heaven? Aren’t you ruler over all the kingdoms of the nations? Power and might are in your hand, so that no one is able to withstand you.

Then David the king went in, and sat before Yahweh; and he said,“ Who am I, Lord Yahweh, and what is my house, that you have brought me this far?This was yet a small thing in your eyes, Lord Yahweh; but you have spoken also of your servant’s house for a great while to come; and this among men, Lord Yahweh!What more can David say to you? For you know your servant, Lord Yahweh.For your word’s sake, and according to your own heart, you have worked all this greatness, to make your servant know it.Therefore you are great, Yahweh God. For there is no one like you, neither is there any God besides you, according to all that we have heard with our ears.What one nation in the earth is like your people, even like Israel, whom God went to redeem to himself for a people, and to make himself a name, and to do great things for you, and awesome things for your land, before your people, whom you redeemed to yourself out of Egypt, from the nations and their gods?You established for yourself your people Israel to be your people forever; and you, Yahweh, became their God.Now, Yahweh God, the word that you have spoken concerning your servant, and concerning his house, confirm it forever, and do as you have spoken.Let your name be magnified forever, saying,‘ Yahweh of Armies is God over Israel; and the house of your servant David will be established before you.’For you, Yahweh of Armies, the God of Israel, have revealed to your servant, saying,‘ I will build you a house.’ Therefore your servant has found in his heart to pray this prayer to you.“ Now, O Lord Yahweh, you are God, and your words are truth, and you have promised this good thing to your servant.

“ You are my witnesses,” says Yahweh,“ With my servant whom I have chosen; that you may know and believe me, and understand that I am he. Before me there was no God formed, neither will there be after me.

He said,“ Your name will no longer be called Jacob, but Israel; for you have fought with God and with men, and have prevailed.”

The priests brought in the ark of Yahweh’s covenant to its place, into the inner sanctuary of the house, to the most holy place, even under the wings of the cherubim.For the cherubim spread out their wings over the place of the ark, and the cherubim covered the ark and its poles above.

Yahweh reigns! Let the peoples tremble. He sits enthroned among the cherubim. Let the earth be moved.

who made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them; who keeps truth forever;

Asa cried to Yahweh his God, and said,“ Yahweh, there is no one besides you to help, between the mighty and him who has no strength. Help us, Yahweh our God; for we rely on you, and in your name are we come against this multitude. Yahweh, you are our God. Don’t let man prevail against you.”

He erected an altar there, and called it El Elohe Israel.

Hear us, Shepherd of Israel, you who lead Joseph like a flock, you who sit above the cherubim, shine out.

“ Look to me, and be saved, all the ends of the earth; for I am God, and there is no other.

In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.

Don’t fear, neither be afraid. Haven’t I declared it to you long ago, and shown it? You are my witnesses. Is there a God besides me? Indeed, there is not. I don’t know any other Rock.”

I set my face to the Lord God, to seek by prayer and petitions, with fasting and sackcloth and ashes.I prayed to Yahweh my God, and made confession, and said,“ Oh, Lord, the great and dreadful God, who keeps covenant and loving kindness with those who love him and keep his commandments,

Hezekiah the king and Isaiah the prophet the son of Amoz, prayed because of this, and cried to heaven.

For he spoke, and it was done. He commanded, and it stood firm.

So the people sent to Shiloh, and they brought from there the ark of the covenant of Yahweh of Armies, who sits above the cherubim; and the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, were there with the ark of the covenant of God.

This is the history of the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that Yahweh God made the earth and the heavens.

But Yahweh is the true God. He is the living God, and an everlasting King. At his wrath, the earth trembles. The nations aren’t able to withstand his indignation.“ You shall say this to them:‘ The gods that have not made the heavens and the earth will perish from the earth, and from under the heavens.’”God has made the earth by his power. He has established the world by his wisdom, and by his understanding has he stretched out the heavens.

and he said,“ Yahweh, the God of Israel, there is no God like you, in heaven above, or on earth beneath; who keeps covenant and loving kindness with your servants, who walk before you with all their heart;
