And Hezekiah prayed this prayer before the Lord:“ O Lord, God of Israel, you are enthroned between the mighty cherubim! You alone are God of all the kingdoms of the earth. You alone created the heavens and the earth.

希西家在永恆主面前禱告說：『永恆主、以色列的上帝、坐在基路伯中間的啊，惟獨你是地上萬國的上帝；是你造了天和地。

禱曰、居基路伯上、以色列之上帝耶和華歟、天下萬國、惟爾為上帝、天地為爾所造、

禱曰、居𠼻𡀔咏間、以色列族之上帝耶和華、既造天地、則在天下列國中、爾獨為上帝、

希西家禱於主前曰、居二基路伯間主以色列之天主歟、惟主為天下萬國之天主、天地乃主所造、

And Hezekiah prayed to the Lord:“ Lord, the God of Israel, enthroned between the cherubim, you alone are God over all the kingdoms of the earth. You have made heaven and earth.

Hezekiah prayed to the Lord. He said,“ Lord, you are the God of Israel. You sit on your throne between the cherubim. You alone are God over all the kingdoms on earth. You have made heaven and earth.

And Hezekiah prayed before the Lord and said:“ O Lord, the God of Israel, enthroned above the cherubim, you are the God, you alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth; you have made heaven and earth.

Then Hezekiah prayed before the LORD: LORD God of Israel, enthroned between the cherubim, you are God— you alone— of all the kingdoms of the earth. You made the heavens and the earth.

Hezekiah prayed before the Lord and said,“ Lord, God of Israel, enthroned above the cherubim, You are the God, You alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth. You have made heaven and earth.

Then Hezekiah prayed before the Lord, and said:“ O Lord God of Israel, the One who dwells between the cherubim, You are God, You alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth. You have made heaven and earth.

And Hezekiah prayed before Jehovah, and said, O Jehovah, the God of Israel, that sittest above the cherubim, thou art the God, even thou alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth; thou hast made heaven and earth.

Then Hezekiah prayed before the Lord: Lord God of Israel who is enthroned above the cherubim, You are God— You alone— of all the kingdoms of the earth. You made the heavens and the earth.

And Hezekiah prayed before the LORD, and said, O LORD God of Israel, which dwellest[ between] the cherubims, thou art the God,[ even] thou alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth; thou hast made heaven and earth.

Hezekiah prayed before the LORD:“ LORD God of Israel, who is enthroned on the cherubs! You alone are God over all the kingdoms of the earth. You made the sky and the earth.

Hezekiah prayed before Yahweh, and said,“ Yahweh, the God of Israel, who are enthroned above the cherubim, you are the God, even you alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth. You have made heaven and earth.

I will meet with you there and talk to you from above the atonement cover between the gold cherubim that hover over the Ark of the Covenant. From there I will give you my commands for the people of Israel.

“ When the poor and needy search for water and there is none, and their tongues are parched from thirst, then I, the Lord, will answer them. I, the God of Israel, will never abandon them.

This is what the Lord says— Israel’s King and Redeemer, the Lord of Heaven’s Armies:“ I am the First and the Last; there is no other God.

Then Naaman and his entire party went back to find the man of God. They stood before him, and Naaman said,“ Now I know that there is no God in all the world except in Israel. So please accept a gift from your servant.”

And when all the people saw it, they fell face down on the ground and cried out,“ The Lord— he is God! Yes, the Lord is God!”

In the beginning the Word already existed. The Word was with God, and the Word was God.He existed in the beginning with God.God created everything through him, and nothing was created except through him.

“ After this time had passed, I, Nebuchadnezzar, looked up to heaven. My sanity returned, and I praised and worshiped the Most High and honored the one who lives forever. His rule is everlasting, and his kingdom is eternal.All the people of the earth are nothing compared to him. He does as he pleases among the angels of heaven and among the people of the earth. No one can stop him or say to him,‘ What do you mean by doing these things?’

He was the one who prayed to the God of Israel,“ Oh, that you would bless me and expand my territory! Please be with me in all that I do, and keep me from all trouble and pain!” And God granted him his request.

Long ago you laid the foundation of the earth and made the heavens with your hands.

He prayed,“ O Lord, God of our ancestors, you alone are the God who is in heaven. You are ruler of all the kingdoms of the earth. You are powerful and mighty; no one can stand against you!

Then King David went in and sat before the Lord and prayed,“ Who am I, O Sovereign Lord, and what is my family, that you have brought me this far?And now, Sovereign Lord, in addition to everything else, you speak of giving your servant a lasting dynasty! Do you deal with everyone this way, O Sovereign Lord?“ What more can I say to you? You know what your servant is really like, Sovereign Lord.Because of your promise and according to your will, you have done all these great things and have made them known to your servant.“ How great you are, O Sovereign Lord! There is no one like you. We have never even heard of another God like you!What other nation on earth is like your people Israel? What other nation, O God, have you redeemed from slavery to be your own people? You made a great name for yourself when you redeemed your people from Egypt. You performed awesome miracles and drove out the nations and gods that stood in their way.You made Israel your very own people forever, and you, O Lord, became their God.“ And now, O Lord God, I am your servant; do as you have promised concerning me and my family. Confirm it as a promise that will last forever.And may your name be honored forever so that everyone will say,‘ The Lord of Heaven’s Armies is God over Israel!’ And may the house of your servant David continue before you forever.“ O Lord of Heaven’s Armies, God of Israel, I have been bold enough to pray this prayer to you because you have revealed all this to your servant, saying,‘ I will build a house for you— a dynasty of kings!’For you are God, O Sovereign Lord. Your words are truth, and you have promised these good things to your servant.

“ But you are my witnesses, O Israel!” says the Lord.“ You are my servant. You have been chosen to know me, believe in me, and understand that I alone am God. There is no other God— there never has been, and there never will be.

“ Your name will no longer be Jacob,” the man told him.“ From now on you will be called Israel, because you have fought with God and with men and have won.”

Then the priests carried the Ark of the Lord’s Covenant into the inner sanctuary of the Temple— the Most Holy Place— and placed it beneath the wings of the cherubim.The cherubim spread their wings over the Ark, forming a canopy over the Ark and its carrying poles.

The Lord is king! Let the nations tremble! He sits on his throne between the cherubim. Let the whole earth quake!

He made heaven and earth, the sea, and everything in them. He keeps every promise forever.

Then Asa cried out to the Lord his God,“ O Lord, no one but you can help the powerless against the mighty! Help us, O Lord our God, for we trust in you alone. It is in your name that we have come against this vast horde. O Lord, you are our God; do not let mere men prevail against you!”

And there he built an altar and named it El Elohe Israel.

Please listen, O Shepherd of Israel, you who lead Joseph’s descendants like a flock. O God, enthroned above the cherubim, display your radiant glory

Let all the world look to me for salvation! For I am God; there is no other.

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

Do not tremble; do not be afraid. Did I not proclaim my purposes for you long ago? You are my witnesses— is there any other God? No! There is no other Rock— not one!”

So I turned to the Lord God and pleaded with him in prayer and fasting. I also wore rough burlap and sprinkled myself with ashes.I prayed to the Lord my God and confessed:“ O Lord, you are a great and awesome God! You always fulfill your covenant and keep your promises of unfailing love to those who love you and obey your commands.

Then King Hezekiah and the prophet Isaiah son of Amoz cried out in prayer to God in heaven.

For when he spoke, the world began! It appeared at his command.

So they sent men to Shiloh to bring the Ark of the Covenant of the Lord of Heaven’s Armies, who is enthroned between the cherubim. Hophni and Phinehas, the sons of Eli, were also there with the Ark of the Covenant of God.

This is the account of the creation of the heavens and the earth. When the Lord God made the earth and the heavens,

But the Lord is the only true God. He is the living God and the everlasting King! The whole earth trembles at his anger. The nations cannot stand up to his wrath.Say this to those who worship other gods:“ Your so called gods, who did not make the heavens and earth, will vanish from the earth and from under the heavens.”But the Lord made the earth by his power, and he preserves it by his wisdom. With his own understanding he stretched out the heavens.

and he prayed,“ O Lord, God of Israel, there is no God like you in all of heaven above or on the earth below. You keep your covenant and show unfailing love to all who walk before you in wholehearted devotion.
