坐在天上的主啊，我向你舉目。看哪，僕人的眼睛怎樣仰望主人的手，婢女的眼睛怎樣仰望女主人的手，我們的眼睛也照樣仰望耶和華－我們的神，直到他憐憫我們。耶和華啊，求你憐憫我們，憐憫我們！因為我們受盡了藐視。我們受盡了安逸人的譏誚和驕傲人的藐視。

住在至高者隱密處的，必住在全能者的蔭下。我要向耶和華說：「我的避難所、我的山寨、我的神，你是我所倚靠的。」

神啊，敵人辱罵要到幾時呢？仇敵藐視你的名要到永遠嗎？你為甚麼縮回你的右手？求你從懷中伸出手來，毀滅他們。

惟求耶和華－我的神垂顧僕人的禱告祈求，俯聽僕人今日在你面前的祈禱呼求。願你的眼目晝夜看顧這殿，就是你說要作為你名的居所；求你垂聽禱告，你僕人向此處的禱告。你僕人和你百姓以色列向此處祈禱的時候，求你在你天上的居所垂聽，垂聽而赦免。
