以雅各的神为自己的帮助、以耶和华神为自己盼望的，那人是蒙福的！造诸天、大地、海洋和其中一切的那一位，他必持守信实，直到永远。

神是我们的避难所和力量，是患难中随时可得的帮助，因此我们不害怕——即使大地变动，群山动摇陷入海中；

万军之耶和华啊，那依靠你的人，是蒙福的！
