迨我遷爾往彼異方、與爾故土相同、有穀有酒、有餅有蜜、葡萄園橄欖囿俱備、使爾永生不死。希西家言爾必見拯於耶和華、爾勿聽焉。

迨我來遷爾至一地、與爾地無異、即有穀、有酒、有各類食物、有各類食物原文作有餅有葡萄園、有油果樹、有蜜之地、使爾得生、不至於死、希西家誘爾曰、主必救我儕、爾勿聽之、

You will do that until I come back. Then I’ll take you to a land just like yours. It’s a land that has a lot of grain and fresh wine. It has plenty of bread and vineyards. It has olive trees and honey. So choose life! Don’t choose death!’“ Don’t pay any attention to Hezekiah. He’s telling you a lie when he says,‘ The Lord will save us.’

Then I will arrange to take you to another land like this one— a land of grain and new wine, bread and vineyards, olive groves and honey. Choose life instead of death!“ Don’t listen to Hezekiah when he tries to mislead you by saying,‘ The Lord will rescue us!’

For the LORD thy God bringeth thee into a good land, a land of brooks of water, of fountains and depths that spring out of valleys and hills;A land of wheat, and barley, and vines, and fig trees, and pomegranates; a land of oil olive, and honey;A land wherein thou shalt eat bread without scarceness, thou shalt not lack any[ thing] in it; a land whose stones[ are] iron, and out of whose hills thou mayest dig brass.

A land which the LORD thy God careth for: the eyes of the LORD thy God[ are] always upon it, from the beginning of the year even unto the end of the year.

And I am come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians, and to bring them up out of that land unto a good land and a large, unto a land flowing with milk and honey; unto the place of the Canaanites, and the Hittites, and the Amorites, and the Perizzites, and the Hivites, and the Jebusites.

If the LORD delight in us, then he will bring us into this land, and give it us; a land which floweth with milk and honey.

Now the rest of the people[ that were] left in the city, and the fugitives that fell away to the king of Babylon, with the remnant of the multitude, did Nebuzaradan the captain of the guard carry away.

In the ninth year of Hoshea the king of Assyria took Samaria, and carried Israel away into Assyria, and placed them in Halah and in Habor[ by] the river of Gozan, and in the cities of the Medes.

And the king of Assyria did carry away Israel unto Assyria, and put them in Halah and in Habor[ by] the river of Gozan, and in the cities of the Medes:

He made him ride on the high places of the earth, that he might eat the increase of the fields; and he made him to suck honey out of the rock, and oil out of the flinty rock;Butter of kine, and milk of sheep, with fat of lambs, and rams of the breed of Bashan, and goats, with the fat of kidneys of wheat; and thou didst drink the pure blood of the grape.

Until the LORD removed Israel out of his sight, as he had said by all his servants the prophets. So was Israel carried away out of their own land to Assyria unto this day.

And he carried away all Jerusalem, and all the princes, and all the mighty men of valour,[ even] ten thousand captives, and all the craftsmen and smiths: none remained, save the poorest sort of the people of the land.And he carried away Jehoiachin to Babylon, and the king’s mother, and the king’s wives, and his officers, and the mighty of the land,[ those] carried he into captivity from Jerusalem to Babylon.And all the men of might,[ even] seven thousand, and craftsmen and smiths a thousand, all[ that were] strong[ and] apt for war, even them the king of Babylon brought captive to Babylon.

And they went and came to Moses, and to Aaron, and to all the congregation of the children of Israel, unto the wilderness of Paran, to Kadesh; and brought back word unto them, and unto all the congregation, and shewed them the fruit of the land.And they told him, and said, We came unto the land whither thou sentest us, and surely it floweth with milk and honey; and this[ is] the fruit of it.
