In the ninth year of Hoshea, the king of Assyria captured Samaria and deported the Israelites to Assyria. He settled them in Halah, in Gozan on the Habor River and in the towns of the Medes.

Finally, the king of Assyria captured Samaria. It was in the ninth year of Hoshea. The king of Assyria took the Israelites away from their own land. He sent them off to Assyria. He made some of them live in Halah. He made others live in Gozan on the Habor River. And he made others live in the towns of the Medes.

In the ninth year of Hoshea, the king of Assyria captured Samaria, and he carried the Israelites away to Assyria and placed them in Halah, and on the Habor, the river of Gozan, and in the cities of the Medes.

Finally, in the ninth year of King Hoshea’s reign, Samaria fell, and the people of Israel were exiled to Assyria. They were settled in colonies in Halah, along the banks of the Habor River in Gozan, and in the cities of the Medes.

因此，以色列的上帝驅使亞述王普勒，即提革拉·毗尼色，把呂便人、迦得人、瑪拿西半個支派的人擄到哈臘、哈博、哈拉和歌散河邊，他們至今還在那裡。

撒瑪利亞人背叛了他們的上帝，要擔當自己的罪過。他們將喪身刀下，他們的孩子要被摔死，孕婦要被剖腹。」

「耶和華要把你們分散到天下萬邦，你們要在那裡供奉祖祖輩輩素不認識的木石神像。

因此，耶和華向這片土地發怒，把這書上的一切咒詛都降在這裡。耶和華盛怒之下把他們從這地方連根拔起，扔到別的地方，正如今日的情形。』

看啊，我要驅使瑪代人來攻擊他們。瑪代人不在乎金子，也不看重銀子，

「耶和華要帶你們和你們的王到一個你們和你們祖先都不知道的國家，你們要在那裡供奉木石神像。

三年之後，就是希西迦執政第六年，以色列王何細亞執政第九年，撒瑪利亞失陷。亞述王把以色列人擄到亞述，將他們安置在哈臘、歌散的哈博河一帶以及瑪代人的城邑裡。

我看見一個令人膽戰心驚的異象：「詭詐的在行詭詐，毀滅的在行毀滅。以攔人啊，攻打吧！瑪代人啊，圍城吧！耶和華必終止巴比倫帶來的痛苦。」

所以，我要使你們被擄到大馬士革以外的地方。」這是耶和華說的，祂的名字是萬軍之上帝。

我要使你們的土地荒廢，連佔據那裡的敵人也為此而震驚。我要把你們驅散到各國，還要拔刀追殺你們。你們的土地將荒廢，城邑將淪為廢墟。

你們將葬身列國，死在敵人的土地上。

「將來，即使你們在那裡安頓已久、子孫滿堂，也不可墮落、製造任何形狀的神像，不可做你們的上帝耶和華視為邪惡的事，惹祂發怒。否則，今天我叫天地作證，你們必很快從約旦河對面將要佔領的土地上滅亡，你們必被徹底消滅，不得在那裡長久居住。耶和華必把你們驅散到列邦，使你們在列邦中的人數所剩無幾。你們必在那裡供奉人用木石造的不會看、不會聽、不會吃、不會聞的神像。

我今天警告你們，你們必定滅亡，在約旦河對岸——你們將要佔領的土地上無法長久。

耶和華將擊打以色列人，使他們像水中的蘆葦一樣顫抖不已。耶和華將把以色列人從祂賜給他們祖先的佳美之地連根拔起，拋散到幼發拉底河的彼岸，這都是因為他們製造亞舍拉神像，惹耶和華發怒。因為耶羅波安犯罪作孽，使以色列人陷入罪中，耶和華必拋棄以色列。」

我先祖毀滅了歌散、哈蘭、利色和提·拉撒的伊甸人，這些國家的神明救得了他們嗎？

耶和華說：「給他取名叫羅·阿米，因為以色列人不再是我的子民，我也不再是他們的上帝。」

烏法珥新——指你的國要分裂，歸給瑪代人和波斯人。」

後來，歌蜜又懷孕生了一個女兒。耶和華對何西阿說：「給她取名叫羅·路哈瑪，因為我將不再憐憫以色列家，也不再赦免他們的罪。
