當其患癩時、誠蒙不潔、必異室獨處、居於營外。○

耶和華曰、若彼父唾於其面、使蒙羞惡、歷至七日、故必禁之營外、至於七日、然後可入。

夙興、立於都門之側、凡有訟事詣王折中者、押沙龍招之曰、汝來自何邑。曰、僕自以色列族支派而至。押沙龍曰、爾事善理直、其如王未委人以鞫何。又曰、我願為士師於斯土、凡有訟事、咸詣我所、我必代之剖析。

罪歸約押、與其父家、願約押全家、或患白濁、或患癩疾、或扶杖而行、或殞沒於刃、或飲食匱乏、代有其人、相繼不絕。

況乎上帝、貧富尊卑、視同一體、皆其所造者乎。

以色列族眾、聞王所擬若是、知王感於上帝、得智以折中、故無不寅畏焉。

雲亦離會幕、米哩暗患癩色皎若雪、亞倫視之、知其患癩、

故乃慢之癩、必移於爾、及爾苗裔、歷世勿愈、遂出成癩、皓白如雪。

大闢治理以色列、秉公行義於民間。

國強心驕、以召禍患、干上帝耶和華命、入殿焚香於壇。祭司長亞薩哩亞、與耶和華祭司八十人、素稱傑士、從王入殿、諫曰、凡焚香於耶和華前者、惟亞倫子孫為祭司則可、非爾所得與焉。今爾干大典、入聖所、上帝耶和華必不加榮、爾宜速退。王於殿間壇側、祭司之前、執鼎焚香、聞諫而怒、顙忽患癩。祭司長亞薩哩亞、與眾祭司、望見王顙患癩、遂驅之出、王亦速出、知為耶和華所擊。王既患癩、終身不治、異室獨處、不得入殿、其子約擔理王家、鞫兆民。烏西亞事實、自始迄終、備載於亞麼士子先知以賽亞書。烏西亞薨、因其患癩、葬於列王塚側之田、子約擔繼位。

上帝兮、維彼王子、今繼厥位、爾訓以道、俾秉大公兮、

人患癩疾、當謹遵祭司利未人之例、循我所命。

邑門前有癩者四人、相語曰、我胡為坐此以待斃。

孰能聽訟於斯眾之間乎、故祈爾使僕聰慧、可辨是非、為民折中。
