The Lord afflicted the king with leprosy until the day he died, and he lived in a separate house. Jotham the king’s son had charge of the palace and governed the people of the land.

The Lord caused King Uzziah to suffer from a skin disease until the day he died. He lived in a separate house. His son Jotham was in charge of the palace. Jotham ruled over the people of the land.

And the Lord touched the king, so that he was a leper to the day of his death, and he lived in a separate house. And Jotham the king’s son was over the household, governing the people of the land.

The Lord struck the king with leprosy, which lasted until the day he died. He lived in isolation in a separate house. The king’s son Jotham was put in charge of the royal palace, and he governed the people of the land.

押沙龍常常早晨起來，站在城門的道旁，凡有爭訟要去求王判斷的，押沙龍就叫他過來，問他說：「你是哪一城的人？」回答說：「僕人是以色列某支派的人。」押沙龍對他說：「你的事有情有理，無奈王沒有委人聽你伸訴。」押沙龍又說：「恨不得我作國中的士師！凡有爭訟求審判的到我這裏來，我必秉公判斷。」

願流他血的罪歸到約押頭上和他父的全家；又願約押家不斷有患漏症的，長大痲瘋的，架柺而行的，被刀殺死的，缺乏飲食的。」

他待王子不徇情面，也不看重富足的過於貧窮的，因為都是他手所造。

以色列眾人聽見王這樣判斷，就都敬畏他；因為見他心裏有神的智慧，能以斷案。

雲彩從會幕上挪開了，不料，米利暗長了大痲瘋，有雪那樣白。亞倫一看米利暗長了大痲瘋，

因此，乃縵的大痲瘋必沾染你和你的後裔，直到永遠。」基哈西從以利沙面前退出去，就長了大痲瘋，像雪那樣白。

大衛作以色列眾人的王，又向眾民秉公行義。

他既強盛，就心高氣傲，以致行事邪僻，干犯耶和華－他的神，進耶和華的殿，要在香壇上燒香。祭司亞撒利雅率領耶和華勇敢的祭司八十人，跟隨他進去。他們就阻擋烏西雅王，對他說：「烏西雅啊，給耶和華燒香不是你的事，乃是亞倫子孫承接聖職祭司的事。你出聖殿吧！因為你犯了罪。你行這事，耶和華神必不使你得榮耀。」烏西雅就發怒，手拿香爐要燒香。他向祭司發怒的時候，在耶和華殿中香壇旁眾祭司面前，額上忽然發出大痲瘋。大祭司亞撒利雅和眾祭司觀看，見他額上發出大痲瘋，就催他出殿；他自己也急速出去，因為耶和華降災與他。烏西雅王長大痲瘋直到死日，因此住在別的宮裏，與耶和華的殿隔絕。他兒子約坦管理家事，治理國民。烏西雅其餘的事，自始至終都是亞摩斯的兒子先知以賽亞所記的。烏西雅與他列祖同睡，葬在王陵的田間他列祖的墳地裏；因為人說，他是長大痲瘋的。他兒子約坦接續他作王。

神啊，求你將判斷的權柄賜給王，將公義賜給王的兒子。

「在大痲瘋的災病上，你們要謹慎，照祭司利未人一切所指教你們的留意遵行。我怎樣吩咐他們，你們要怎樣遵行。

在城門那裏有四個長大痲瘋的人，他們彼此說：「我們為何坐在這裏等死呢？

所以求你賜我智慧，可以判斷你的民，能辨別是非。不然，誰能判斷這眾多的民呢？」
