The Lord afflicted the king with leprosy until the day he died, and he lived in a separate house. Jotham the king’s son had charge of the palace and governed the people of the land.

The Lord caused King Uzziah to suffer from a skin disease until the day he died. He lived in a separate house. His son Jotham was in charge of the palace. Jotham ruled over the people of the land.

And the Lord touched the king, so that he was a leper to the day of his death, and he lived in a separate house. And Jotham the king’s son was over the household, governing the people of the land.

The Lord struck the king with leprosy, which lasted until the day he died. He lived in isolation in a separate house. The king’s son Jotham was put in charge of the royal palace, and he governed the people of the land.

押沙龍常常清早起來，站在通往城門口的路旁。有爭訟的案件要進去請王判決的人，押沙龍就把他叫到跟前來，問他：“你是從哪一座城來的？”他回答：“僕人是從以色列某一支派來的。”押沙龍就對他說：“你看！你的案件有情有理，但是王並沒有委人聽你的案子。”押沙龍又說：“但願有人立我作這地的審判官，這樣，有案件或訴訟的人，都可以到我這裡來，我就給他公平的審判。”

願這流人血的罪歸到約押的頭上和他父親的全家！又願約押家不斷有患血漏病的、長痲風的、拿拐杖的、倒斃在劍下的和缺乏糧食的。”

他不徇王子的情面，也不看重富人過於窮人，因為他們都是他手所造的。

以色列眾人聽見王判斷的這案件，就都敬畏他，因為看見他心裡有神的智慧，能夠判案。

雲彩從會幕上離開，米利暗就長了大痲風，像雪那樣白；亞倫轉身過來看米利暗，見她長了大痲風。

因此，乃縵的痲風要附在你的身上和你後裔的身上，直到永遠。”基哈西從以利沙面前離去時，就長了痲風，好像雪那樣白。

大衛作王統治全以色列，以公平和正義對待所有的人。

烏西雅強盛起來，就心高氣傲，以致自尋毀滅，竟冒犯耶和華他的神；他進了耶和華的殿，要在香壇上燒香。跟隨烏西雅進去的，有亞撒利雅祭司，還有耶和華的祭司八十個，都是英勇的人。他們阻止烏西雅王，對他說：“烏西雅啊，給耶和華燒香不是你應作的事，而是亞倫的子孫作祭司的事，他們是分別為聖作燒香的事；請離開聖所吧，因為你作了不應該作的事了，你必不能從耶和華神那裡得著尊榮。”於是烏西雅十分忿怒，手裡拿著香爐正要燒香，他向眾祭司發怒的時候，就在耶和華的殿裡香壇旁邊眾祭司的面前，他的額上忽然長出了大痲風。大祭司亞撒利雅和眾祭司看著他，忽然見他的額上長了大痲風，就急忙催他出殿；他自己也急忙出去，因為耶和華擊打了他。烏西雅王長大痲風直到死的時候；他既然長了大痲風，就住在一間隔離的房子裡，不能進耶和華的殿。他的兒子約坦執掌朝政，治理國民。烏西雅其餘的事蹟，一生的始末，亞摩斯的兒子以賽亞先知都記下來了。烏西雅和他的列祖同睡；由於有人說：“他是個長大痲風的人”，所以把他埋葬在王陵的田間，和他的列祖一起。他的兒子約坦接續他作王。

“在大痲風的災病上，你要謹慎自己，照利未支派的祭司指教你們的一切，認真地謹守遵行；我怎樣吩咐了他們，你們就要怎樣謹守遵行。

有四個痲風病人在城門口那裡，他們彼此說：“我們為甚麼坐在這裡等死呢？

所以，求你賜給僕人一顆明辨的心，可以判斷你的子民，能辨別是非，因為誰能判斷你這眾多的子民呢？”
