He was the one who restored the boundaries of Israel from Lebo Hamath to the Dead Sea, in accordance with the word of the Lord, the God of Israel, spoken through his servant Jonah son of Amittai, the prophet from Gath Hepher.

Jeroboam, the son of Jehoash, made the borders of Israel the same as they were before. They reached from Lebo Hamath all the way to the Dead Sea. That’s what the Lord, the God of Israel, had said would happen. He had spoken that message through his servant Jonah. Jonah the prophet was the son of Amittai. Jonah was from the town of Gath Hepher.

He restored the border of Israel from Lebo-hamath as far as the Sea of the Arabah, according to the word of the Lord, the God of Israel, which he spoke by his servant Jonah the son of Amittai, the prophet, who was from Gath-hepher.

我還把亞拉巴，就是以約旦河為界，從基尼烈直到東面毗斯迦山腳的亞拉巴海，即鹽海地區給了他們。

耶和華對亞米太的兒子約拿說：

再往東，經迦特·希弗、以特·加汛、臨門，直到尼亞；

耶穌回答說：「一個邪惡淫亂的世代想看神蹟，可是除了約拿先知的神蹟以外，再沒有神蹟給他們看。約拿在大魚腹中三日三夜，人子也要在地裡三日三夜。

於是，他們從荀曠野一直打探到哈馬口附近的利合。

所羅門和從哈馬口直至埃及小河而來的全體以色列人聚成一大群會眾，在我們的上帝耶和華面前守節期兩週，共十四天。

約阿施三次擊敗便·哈達，收回了他父親約哈斯和哈薛交戰時失去的以色列城邑。

萬軍之上帝耶和華說：「以色列家啊，我要使一個國家興起攻擊你們，他們要從哈馬口直至亞拉巴河，到處欺壓你們。」

五王會師西訂谷，即鹽海。

比羅他和大馬士革與哈馬邊界中間的西伯蓮，一直到浩蘭邊界的哈撒·哈提幹。這樣，北界是從地中海岸一直到大馬士革邊界的哈撒·以難，以哈馬為界。「東界是從北界南下經浩蘭、大馬士革、沿著基列和以色列中間的約旦河為界，一直伸展到東部的海。

「北部疆界從地中海開始直到何珥山，再到哈馬口，經西達達、

那時，耶和華開始削減以色列的領土。哈薛攻打以色列各處，
