Once while some Israelites were burying a man, suddenly they saw a band of raiders; so they threw the man’s body into Elisha’s tomb. When the body touched Elisha’s bones, the man came to life and stood up on his feet.

And as a man was being buried, behold, a marauding band was seen and the man was thrown into the grave of Elisha, and as soon as the man touched the bones of Elisha, he revived and stood on his feet.

Once when some Israelites were burying a man, they spied a band of these raiders. So they hastily threw the corpse into the tomb of Elisha and fled. But as soon as the body touched Elisha’s bones, the dead man revived and jumped to his feet!

耶和華的靈降在我身上，把我帶到一個山谷，那裡遍地都是骸骨。祂領我環繞那些骸骨走了一圈，我見到谷中枯乾的骸骨相當多。祂對我說：「人子啊，這些骸骨能復活嗎？」我說：「主耶和華啊，只有你知道。」祂又對我說：「你對這些骸骨發預言說，『枯骨啊，你們要聽耶和華說的話！主耶和華說，我要使氣息進入你們裡面，你們就必復活過來。我必給你們加上筋，使你們長出肉，再包上皮，將氣息放在你們裡面，你們就復活了。這樣，你們就知道我是耶和華。』」於是，我便按耶和華的吩咐向枯骨發預言，我正說預言的時候，忽然有震動的聲音，骨頭便連在了一起。我又發現骨頭上有了筋，長了肉，包上了皮，只是還沒有氣息。耶和華對我說：「人子啊，你要向風說預言，告訴風，主耶和華這樣說，『風啊，從四方吹來，吹在這些被殺的人身上，使他們復活。』」於是，我便按耶和華的吩咐說預言，氣息就進入他們裡面，他們便復活了，並且站立起來，成為一支大軍。

甚至只要將保羅身上的手帕或圍裙放在病人身上，病人就痊癒了，邪靈也會離開所附的人。

三天半過後，上帝的生命之氣進入二人裡面，他們便站立起來。看見的人都害怕極了！

那死者就出來了，手腳都纏著布條，臉上也包著布。耶穌對他們說：「給他解開，讓他走！」

你們不要因此而驚奇，時候一到，一切在墳墓裡的死人都要聽見上帝兒子的聲音，他們都要從墳墓裡出來。行善的人復活後得永生，作惡的人復活後被定罪。」

然後，以利沙起來在房內來回走了一趟，又上床伏在孩子身上。孩子打了七個噴嚏，便睜開了眼睛。

墳墓打開，很多死去的聖徒復活過來。他們在耶穌復活後離開墳墓，進聖城向許多人顯現。

然而，屬你的人必復活，他們的屍體必站起來。睡在塵土中的人必醒來歡唱！你必使死人復活，如清晨的甘露使大地恢復生機。

人們甚至把病人抬到街上，放在床上或墊子上，希望彼得路過時的影子可以落在病人身上。

我實實在在地告訴你們，時候快到了，現在就是，死人將聽見上帝兒子的聲音，聽見的將存活。
