Then he said,“ Take the arrows,” and the king took them. Elisha told him,“ Strike the ground.” He struck it three times and stopped.

Elisha continued,“ Get some arrows.” So the king did. Elisha told him,“ Strike the ground.” Jehoash struck it three times. Then he stopped.

And he said,“ Take the arrows,” and he took them. And he said to the king of Israel,“ Strike the ground with them.” And he struck three times and stopped.

Then he said,“ Now pick up the other arrows and strike them against the ground.” So the king picked them up and struck the ground three times.

Then Elisha said,“ Take the arrows!” So he took them. Then Elisha said to the king of Israel,“ Strike the ground!” So he struck the ground three times and stopped.

“人子啊！你要拿一块砖头，放在你面前，在上面刻一座城，代表耶路撒冷。然后安放围城设施，建造围城高墙，筑起攻城土垒，摆列兵营，四周架起攻城锤。你又要拿一个铁的煎盘，放在你和城的中间当作铁墙。你要面向着城，象征城要被围困，你就是围攻那城的。这要作以色列家的预兆。“你要向左边侧卧，承担以色列家的罪孽。你向左边侧卧多少日子，你担当他们的罪孽也是多少日子。我已经给你定了日子的数目，就是三百九十天，等于他们作孽的年数，你要在这些日子担当以色列家的罪孽。这些日子满了以后，你要再向右边侧卧，担当犹大家的罪孽，我已经给你定了四十天，一天等于一年。你要面向着被围困的耶路撒冷，赤露着膀臂，说预言攻击这城。我要用绳子把你捆绑起来，使你不能转身，直等到你围困城的日子满了。“你要拿小麦、大麦、豆子、扁豆、粟米和粗麦，放在一个器皿里，给自己做饼。在你侧卧的三百九十天里，你都要吃这些饼。你所吃的食物要有一定分量，每天二百三十克，要在指定的时候吃。

摩西举起手来的时候，以色列人就得胜；摩西把手放下来的时候，亚玛力人就得胜。

“人子啊！你要拿一把利剑，当作理发匠的剃刀，剃你的头和刮你的胡子，把须发放在天平上称，然后把它们分成几份。围困这城的日子满了，你要拿须发的三分之一在城中用火烧掉，又拿三分之一在城的周围用刀剁碎，三分之一撒在风中，我还要拔刀追赶它们。你要在这些须发中取几根，用你的衣角把它们包起来。再从这几根须发中取一部分投在火里焚烧；火必从那里蔓延到以色列全家。”

器皿都倒满了的时候，她对儿子说：“再拿一个器皿给我。”他对她说：“再没有器皿了。”油就止住了。

那时，耶和华藉着亚摩斯的儿子以赛亚说：“你解开你腰间的麻布，脱去你脚上的鞋。”以赛亚就这样作了，露体赤足行走。耶和华说：“我的仆人以赛亚怎样露体赤足行走了三年，作攻击埃及和古实的预兆和兆头，亚述王也必照样把埃及的俘虏和古实被放逐的人带走，无论老少，都露体赤足，露出下体，使埃及蒙羞。

耶和华的话又临到我说：“人子啊！你是住在叛逆的民族之中；他们有眼睛可以看，却看不见；他们有耳朵可以听，却听不见，因为他们是叛逆的民族。因此，人子啊！你要为自己预备被掳时所需的东西，在日间当着他们眼前离去，从你所住的地方移居别处；他们虽然是叛逆的民族，或者他们可以看得明白。你要在日间当着他们眼前，把你的东西（好像被掳时所需的物件）搬出来，到了晚上，你要当着他们眼前出去，像被掳的人出去一样。你要当着他们眼前把墙挖穿，把你的东西从那里带出去。到了天黑，你要当着他们眼前把这些东西扛在肩头上带出去；你要蒙住你的脸，使你看不见这地，因为我已经立你作以色列家的一个兆头。”于是我照着所吩咐的去行，在日间我把我的东西（好像被掳时所需的物件）搬出来；到了晚上，我用手把墙挖穿；天黑的时候，我就当着他们眼前把这些东西扛在肩头上带出去。
