Praying us with much intreaty that we would receive the gift, and[ take upon us] the fellowship of the ministering to the saints.

再三地求我们，准他们在这供给圣徒的恩情上有份；

他们恳切地求我们准许他们与有需要的圣徒分享上帝的恩典。

用许多乞求的话，恳请我们在对圣徒的服事上给与他们恩准和分享的机会；

再三地求我們，准他們在這供給聖徒的恩情上有分；

再三懇求我們，准他們在這供給聖徒的善事上有份；

再三懇求我們，准他們在這供給聖徒的善事上有份；

他們懇切地求我們准許他們與有需要的聖徒分享上帝的恩典。

再三懇求我們，准許他們在供應聖徒的事上有分。

以再三再四的懇請求我們、讓他們將恩惠和團契捐去供應聖徒的需要。

用許多乞求的話，懇請我們在對聖徒的服事上給與他們恩准和分享的機會；

懇求我儕、俾與於供事聖徒之恩、

殷勤求我、納其所捐者、即施濟聖徒之金、

彼殷勤求我與之共事、納其所捐之貲、以濟聖徒、

彼等且再三懇求吾儕、准其同享賑濟聖徒之特恩；

they urgently pleaded with us for the privilege of sharing in this service to the Lord’s people.

they begged us for the chance to share in serving the Lord’s people in that way.

begging us earnestly for the favor of taking part in the relief of the saints—

They begged us again and again for the privilege of sharing in the gift for the believers in Jerusalem.

they begged us earnestly for the privilege of sharing in the ministry to the saints,

begging us with much urging for the favor of participation in the support of the saints,

imploring us with much urgency that we would receive the gift and the fellowship of the ministering to the saints.

beseeching us with much entreaty in regard of this grace and the fellowship in the ministering to the saints:

they begged us insistently for the privilege of sharing in the ministry to the saints,

begging us with great earnestness for the blessing and fellowship of helping the saints.

begging us with much entreaty to receive this grace and the fellowship in the service to the saints.

Now after many years I came to bring alms to my nation, and offerings.

And when I come, whomsoever ye shall approve by[ your] letters, them will I send to bring your liberality unto Jerusalem.And if it be meet that I go also, they shall go with me.

For as touching the ministering to the saints, it is superfluous for me to write to you:

But now I go unto Jerusalem to minister unto the saints.For it hath pleased them of Macedonia and Achaia to make a certain contribution for the poor saints which are at Jerusalem.

For ye have the poor with you always, and whensoever ye will ye may do them good: but me ye have not always.

And he returned to the man of God, he and all his company, and came, and stood before him: and he said, Behold, now I know that[ there is] no God in all the earth, but in Israel: now therefore, I pray thee, take a blessing of thy servant.But he said,[ As] the LORD liveth, before whom I stand, I will receive none. And he urged him to take[ it]; but he refused.

And in those days, when the number of the disciples was multiplied, there arose a murmuring of the Grecians against the Hebrews, because their widows were neglected in the daily ministration.Then the twelve called the multitude of the disciples[ unto them], and said, It is not reason that we should leave the word of God, and serve tables.Wherefore, brethren, look ye out among you seven men of honest report, full of the Holy Ghost and wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business.But we will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word.And the saying pleased the whole multitude: and they chose Stephen, a man full of faith and of the Holy Ghost, and Philip, and Prochorus, and Nicanor, and Timon, and Parmenas, and Nicolas a proselyte of Antioch:Whom they set before the apostles: and when they had prayed, they laid[ their] hands on them.And the word of God increased; and the number of the disciples multiplied in Jerusalem greatly; and a great company of the priests were obedient to the faith.

Only[ they would] that we should remember the poor; the same which I also was forward to do.

I beseech you, brethren,( ye know the house of Stephanas, that it is the firstfruits of Achaia, and[ that] they have addicted themselves to the ministry of the saints,)

And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done[ it] unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done[ it] unto me.

Then Peter arose and went with them. When he was come, they brought him into the upper chamber: and all the widows stood by him weeping, and shewing the coats and garments which Dorcas made, while she was with them.But Peter put them all forth, and kneeled down, and prayed; and turning[ him] to the body said, Tabitha, arise. And she opened her eyes: and when she saw Peter, she sat up.And he gave her[ his] hand, and lifted her up, and when he had called the saints and widows, presented her alive.

For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother.

And Jacob said, Nay, I pray thee, if now I have found grace in thy sight, then receive my present at my hand: for therefore I have seen thy face, as though I had seen the face of God, and thou wast pleased with me.Take, I pray thee, my blessing that is brought to thee; because God hath dealt graciously with me, and because I have enough. And he urged him, and he took[ it].

Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee?Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did[ it] not to one of the least of these, ye did[ it] not to me.

Hearing of thy love and faith, which thou hast toward the Lord Jesus, and toward all saints;That the communication of thy faith may become effectual by the acknowledging of every good thing which is in you in Christ Jesus.

For God[ is] not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister.

Well reported of for good works; if she have brought up children, if she have lodged strangers, if she have washed the saints’ feet, if she have relieved the afflicted, if she have diligently followed every good work.

For the administration of this service not only supplieth the want of the saints, but is abundant also by many thanksgivings unto God;Whiles by the experiment of this ministration they glorify God for your professed subjection unto the gospel of Christ, and for[ your] liberal distribution unto them, and unto all[ men];And by their prayer for you, which long after you for the exceeding grace of God in you.

As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all[ men], especially unto them who are of the household of faith.

That I may be delivered from them that do not believe in Judaea; and that my service which[ I have] for Jerusalem may be accepted of the saints;

And we have sent with him the brother, whose praise[ is] in the gospel throughout all the churches;And not[ that] only, but who was also chosen of the churches to travel with us with this grace, which is administered by us to the glory of the same Lord, and[ declaration of] your ready mind:

Then the disciples, every man according to his ability, determined to send relief unto the brethren which dwelt in Judaea:

And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold[ water] only in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward.

When Jesus therefore saw his mother, and the disciple standing by, whom he loved, he saith unto his mother, Woman, behold thy son!Then saith he to the disciple, Behold thy mother! And from that hour that disciple took her unto his own[ home].

Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I have given order to the churches of Galatia, even so do ye.

And when she was baptized, and her household, she besought[ us], saying, If ye have judged me to be faithful to the Lord, come into my house, and abide[ there]. And she constrained us.
