等到我來了，你們寫信舉薦誰，我就差遣他們，把你們的款項送到耶路撒冷去。如果我也該去，他們可以和我同去。

凡事都是為了你們，好使恩惠既藉着更多的人而加增，感恩也格外顯多，好歸榮耀給神。

但我已經如數收到，並且有餘；我已經充足，因我從以巴弗提受了你們的饋贈，當作極美的香氣，為神所接納、所喜悅的祭物。我的神必照他榮耀的豐富，在基督耶穌裏，使你們一切所需用的都充足。

那時，使徒、長老和全教會認為應從他們中間揀選人，差他們和保羅、巴拿巴一同到安提阿去，所揀選的就是稱為巴撒巴的猶大和西拉。這二人在弟兄中是領袖。

因為辦這供給的事，不但補聖徒的缺乏，而且使許多人對神充滿更多的感謝。他們從這供給的事上得了憑據，知道你們宣認基督，順服他的福音，慷慨捐助給他們和眾人，把榮耀歸給神。他們也因神極大的恩賜顯在你們身上而切切想念你們，為你們祈禱。

神能將各樣的恩惠多多加給你們，使你們凡事常常充足，能多做各樣善事。

弟兄們，我們要把神賜給馬其頓眾教會的恩惠告訴你們：他們在患難中受大考驗的時候，仍然滿有喜樂，在極度貧窮中還格外顯出他們樂捐的慷慨。我可以證明，他們是按着能力，而且超過了能力來捐助，主動再三懇求我們，准他們在這供給聖徒的善事上有份；

我們認為，既然我們同心定意，就揀選幾個人，派他們同我們所親愛的巴拿巴和保羅到你們那裏去。

人人要照自己所得的恩賜彼此服事，作神各種恩賜的好管家。若有人講道，他要按着神的聖言講；若有人服事，他要按着神所賜的力量服事，好讓神在凡事上因耶穌基督得榮耀。願榮耀和權能都歸給他，直到永永遠遠。阿們！

因此，我們勸提多，既然在你們中間開始這慈善的事，就當把它辦成。既然你們在信心、口才、知識、萬分的熱忱，以及我們對你們的愛心上，都勝人一等，那麼，當在這慈善的事上也要勝人一等。

所以弟兄們，當從你們中間選出七個有好名聲、滿有聖靈和智慧，我們派他們管理這事。至於我們，我們要專注於祈禱和傳道的事奉。」這話使全會眾都喜悅，就揀選了司提反－他是一個滿有信心和聖靈的人；他們又揀選了腓利、伯羅哥羅、尼迦挪、提門、巴米拿，並皈依猶太教的安提阿人尼哥拉，叫他們站在使徒面前，使徒禱告後，就為他們按手。
