We want you to know, brothers, about the grace of God granted to the churches of Macedonia:

Moreover, brethren, we do you to wit of the grace of God bestowed on the churches of Macedonia;

Now we make known to you, brothers and sisters, the grace of God given to the churches of Macedonia,

Moreover, brothers, we make known to you the grace of God which has been given in the assemblies of Macedonia,

I labor for this, striving with his strength that works powerfully in me.

In fact, you are doing this toward all the brothers and sisters in the entire region of Macedonia. But we encourage you, brothers and sisters, to do this even more,

During the night Paul had a vision in which a Macedonian man was standing and pleading with him,“ Cross over to Macedonia and help us!”

But by the grace of God I am what I am, and his grace toward me was not in vain. On the contrary, I worked harder than any of them, yet not I, but the grace of God that was with me.

When he arrived and saw the grace of God, he was glad and encouraged all of them to remain true to the Lord with devoted hearts,

This grace was given to me— the least of all the saints— to proclaim to the Gentiles the incalculable riches of Christ,

For I know your eagerness, and I boast about you to the Macedonians,“ Achaia has been ready since last year,” and your zeal has stirred up most of them.

For the ministry of this service is not only supplying the needs of the saints but is also overflowing in many expressions of thanks to God.

because Macedonia and Achaia were pleased to make a contribution for the poor among the saints in Jerusalem.

During a severe trial brought about by affliction, their abundant joy and their extreme poverty overflowed in a wealth of generosity on their part.I can testify that, according to their ability and even beyond their ability, of their own accord,they begged us earnestly for the privilege of sharing in the ministry to the saints,and not just as we had hoped. Instead, they gave themselves first to the Lord and then to us by God’s will.So we urged Titus that just as he had begun, so he should also complete among you this act of grace.Now as you excel in everything— in faith, speech, knowledge, and in all diligence, and in your love for us— excel also in this act of grace.

When I was present with you and in need, I did not burden anyone, since the brothers who came from Macedonia supplied my needs. I have kept myself, and will keep myself, from burdening you in any way.

Otherwise, if any Macedonians come with me and find you unprepared, we, not to mention you, would be put to shame in that situation.

As a result, you became an example to all the believers in Macedonia and Achaia.For the word of the Lord rang out from you, not only in Macedonia and Achaia, but in every place that your faith in God has gone out. Therefore, we don’t need to say anything,
