God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.

Christ didn’t have any sin. But God made him become sin for us. So we can be made right with God because of what Christ has done for us.

For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.

For God made Christ, who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin, so that we could be made right with God through Christ.

Because Christ also suffered once for sins, the just for the unjust, to bring you to God, by being put to death in the flesh but by being made alive in the spirit.

Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us( because it is written,“ Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree”)

For just as through the disobedience of the one man many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of one man many will be made righteous.

He is the reason you have a relationship with Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God, and righteousness and sanctification and redemption,

and be found in him, not because I have my own righteousness derived from the law, but because I have the righteousness that comes by way of Christ’s faithfulness– a righteousness from God that is in fact based on Christ’s faithfulness.

But he lifted up our illnesses, he carried our pain; even though we thought he was being punished, attacked by God, and afflicted for something he had done.He was wounded because of our rebellious deeds, crushed because of our sins; he endured punishment that made us well; because of his wounds we have been healed.All of us had wandered off like sheep; each of us had strayed off on his own path, but the LORD caused the sin of all of us to attack him.

So then, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; what is old has passed away– look, what is new has come!

For we do not have a high priest incapable of sympathizing with our weaknesses, but one who has been tempted in every way just as we are, yet without sin.

For ignoring the righteousness that comes from God, and seeking instead to establish their own righteousness, they did not submit to God’s righteousness.For Christ is the end of the law, with the result that there is righteousness for everyone who believes.

But now apart from the law the righteousness of God( which is attested by the law and the prophets) has been disclosed–namely, the righteousness of God through the faithfulness of Jesus Christ for all who believe. For there is no distinction,for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.But they are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.God publicly displayed him at his death as the mercy seat accessible through faith. This was to demonstrate his righteousness, because God in his forbearance had passed over the sins previously committed.This was also to demonstrate his righteousness in the present time, so that he would be just and the justifier of the one who lives because of Jesus’ faithfulness.

He was given over because of our transgressions and was raised for the sake of our justification.

For the righteousness of God is revealed in the gospel from faith to faith, just as it is written,“ The righteous by faith will live.”

There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.For the law of the life- giving Spirit in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and death.For God achieved what the law could not do because it was weakened through the flesh. By sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and concerning sin, he condemned sin in the flesh,so that the righteous requirement of the law may be fulfilled in us, who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.

( My little children, I am writing these things to you so that you may not sin.) But if anyone does sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the Righteous One,and he himself is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for our sins but also for the whole world.

They intended to bury him with criminals, but he ended up in a rich man’s tomb, because he had committed no violent deeds, nor had he spoken deceitfully.Though the LORD desired to crush him and make him ill, once restitution is made, he will see descendants and enjoy long life, and the LORD’s purpose will be accomplished through him.Having suffered, he will reflect on his work, he will be satisfied when he understands what he has done.“ My servant will acquit many, for he carried their sins.So I will assign him a portion with the multitudes, he will divide the spoils of victory with the powerful, because he willingly submitted to death and was numbered with the rebels, when he lifted up the sin of many and intervened on behalf of the rebels.”

and live in love, just as Christ also loved us and gave himself for us, a sacrificial and fragrant offering to God.

Under his rule Judah will enjoy safety and Jerusalem will live in security. At that time Jerusalem will be called“ The LORD has provided us with justice.”

For it is indeed fitting for us to have such a high priest: holy, innocent, undefiled, separate from sinners, and exalted above the heavens.

“ Awake, sword, against my shepherd, against the man who is my associate,” says the LORD who rules over all. Strike the shepherd that the flock may be scattered; I will turn my hand against the insignificant ones.

they will say about me,“ Yes, the LORD is a powerful deliverer.”’” All who are angry at him will cower before him.All the descendants of Israel will be vindicated by the LORD and will boast in him.

But you rejected the Holy and Righteous One and asked that a man who was a murderer be released to you.

Now after the sixty-two weeks, an anointed one will be cut off and have nothing. As for the city and the sanctuary, the people of the coming prince will destroy them. But his end will come speedily like a flood. Until the end of the war that has been decreed there will be destruction.

“ Seventy weeks have been determined concerning your people and your holy city to put an end to rebellion, to bring sin to completion, to atone for iniquity, to bring in perpetual righteousness, to seal up the prophetic vision, and to anoint a most holy place.

The angel replied,“ The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. Therefore the child to be born will be holy; he will be called the Son of God.

Those prophets are just prophesying lies. They are prophesying the delusions of their own minds.
