God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.

Christ didn’t have any sin. But God made him become sin for us. So we can be made right with God because of what Christ has done for us.

For our sake he made him to be sin who knew no sin, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.

For God made Christ, who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin, so that we could be made right with God through Christ.

It is from him that you are in Christ Jesus, who became wisdom from God for us— our righteousness, sanctification, and redemption—

and be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own from the law, but one that is through faith in Christ— the righteousness from God based on faith.

Yet he himself bore our sicknesses, and he carried our pains; but we in turn regarded him stricken, struck down by God, and afflicted.But he was pierced because of our rebellion, crushed because of our iniquities; punishment for our peace was on him, and we are healed by his wounds.We all went astray like sheep; we all have turned to our own way; and the LORD has punished him for the iniquity of us all.

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has passed away, and see, the new has come!

For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who has been tempted in every way as we are, yet without sin.

Since they are ignorant of the righteousness of God and attempted to establish their own righteousness, they have not submitted to God’s righteousness.For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes,

Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those in Christ Jesus,because the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has set you free from the law of sin and death.For what the law could not do since it was weakened by the flesh, God did. Seventy weeks are decreed about your people and your holy city— to bring the rebellion to an end, to put a stop to sin, to atone for iniquity, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal up vision and prophecy, and to anoint the most holy place.

The angel replied to her,“ The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. Therefore, the holy one to be born will be called the Son of God.

How long will this continue in the minds of the prophets prophesying lies, prophets of the deceit of their own minds?
