不是我們愛上帝，而是上帝愛我們，並且差遣祂兒子為我們的罪作了贖罪祭，這就是愛。

我除去了你的過犯和罪惡，使它們如雲霧消散。歸向我吧，因為我救贖了你。」

因為上帝完全的神性有形有體地蘊藏在基督裡，

毫無疑問，我們偉大的信仰奧妙無比：祂以肉身顯現，被聖靈證明為義，被天使看見，被傳揚到列邦，被世人信奉，被接到天上的榮耀中。

但蒙上帝的恩典，靠著基督耶穌的救贖，世人被無條件地稱為義人。上帝使基督耶穌成為贖罪祭，以便人藉著相信耶穌的寶血可以得到赦免。這是為了顯明上帝的義，因為祂用忍耐的心寬容人過去的罪，好在現今顯明祂的義，使人知道祂是公義的，祂也稱信耶穌的為義人。

「我，是我為自己的緣故，除去你的過犯，忘掉你的罪惡。

大衛也說不靠行為而被上帝算為義的人是有福的，他說：「過犯得到赦免、罪惡被遮蓋的人有福了。不被主定罪的人有福了。」

我的孩子們，我寫這些話給你們是為了叫你們不要犯罪。如果有人犯了罪，在父那裡我們有一位護慰者，就是那位義者——耶穌基督。祂為我們的罪作了贖罪祭，不只是為我們的罪，也是為全人類的罪。

「必有童貞女懷孕生子，祂的名字要叫以馬內利，意思是『上帝與我們同在』。」

難道你不相信我在父裡面，父也在我裡面嗎？我這些話不是憑自己講的，而是住在我裡面的父在做祂自己的工作。你們應當相信我在父裡面，父也在我裡面。即使你們不信，也應該因我所做的而信我。

我在他們裡面，你在我裡面，好使他們也完完全全地合而為一。這樣，世人便知道我是你差來的，而且知道你愛他們，就像愛我一樣。

過犯得赦免、罪惡被饒恕的人有福了！心裡沒有詭詐、不被耶和華算為有罪的人有福了！

如果他們被拋棄，人類便有機會與上帝和好，那麼，當他們被接納的時候，又將怎樣呢？豈不是要死而復生嗎？

到了那一天，你們就知道我在父裡面，你們在我裡面，我也在你們裡面。
