For everything was created by Him, in heaven and on earth, the visible and the invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities— all things have been created through Him and for Him.He is before all things, and by Him all things hold together.

He did this so that He might reconcile both to God in one body through the cross and put the hostility to death by it.When the Messiah came, He proclaimed the good news of peace to you who were far away and peace to those who were near.

For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him be the glory forever. Amen.

Love consists in this: not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins.

Every generous act and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights; with Him there is no variation or shadow cast by turning.
