Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!

When anyone lives in Christ, the new creation has come. The old is gone! The new is here!

This means that anyone who belongs to Christ has become a new person. The old life is gone; a new life has begun!

to take off your former way of life, the old self that is corrupted by deceitful desires,to be renewed in the spirit of your minds,and to put on the new self, the one created according to God’s likeness in righteousness and purity of the truth.

“ Do not remember the past events; pay no attention to things of old.Look, I am about to do something new; even now it is coming. Do you not see it? Indeed, I will make a way in the wilderness, rivers in the desert.

Jesus replied,“ Truly I tell you, unless someone is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”

God, create a clean heart for me and renew a steadfast spirit within me.

I will give them integrity of heart and put a new spirit within them; I will remove their heart of stone from their bodies and give them a heart of flesh,

So if you have been raised with Christ, seek the things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God.Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God.When Christ, who is your life, appears, then you also will appear with him in glory.Therefore, put to death what belongs to your earthly nature: sexual immorality, impurity, lust, evil desire, and greed, which is idolatry.Because of these, God’s wrath is coming upon the disobedient,and you once walked in these things when you were living in them.But now, put away all the following: anger, wrath, malice, slander, and filthy language from your mouth.Do not lie to one another, since you have put off the old self with its practicesand have put on the new self. You are being renewed in knowledge according to the image of your Creator.

Therefore, there is now no condemnation for those in Christ Jesus,

For both circumcision and uncircumcision mean nothing; what matters instead is a new creation.

For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared ahead of time for us to do.

You, however, are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if indeed the Spirit of God lives in you. If anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to him.Now if Christ is in you, the body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit gives life because of righteousness.

It is from him that you are in Christ Jesus, who became wisdom from God for us— our righteousness, sanctification, and redemption—

Throw off all the transgressions you have committed, and get yourselves a new heart and a new spirit. Why should you die, house of Israel?

But everything that was a gain to me, I have considered to be a loss because of Christ.More than that, I also consider everything to be a loss in view of the surpassing value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord. Because of him I have suffered the loss of all things and consider them as dung, so that I may gain Christand be found in him, not having a righteousness of my own from the law, but one that is through faith in Christ— the righteousness from God based on faith.

From now on, then, we do not know anyone from a worldly perspective. Even if we have known Christ from a worldly perspective, yet now we no longer know him in this way.

Every branch in me that does not produce fruit he removes, and he prunes every branch that produces fruit so that it will produce more fruit.

Jesus answered,“ Truly I tell you, unless someone is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.

he made of no effect the law consisting of commands and expressed in regulations, so that he might create in himself one new man from the two, resulting in peace.

“ For I will create new heavens and a new earth; the past events will not be remembered or come to mind.Then be glad and rejoice forever in what I am creating; for I will create Jerusalem to be a joy and its people to be a delight.

Blessed is the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavens in Christ.For he chose us in him, before the foundation of the world, to be holy and blameless in love before him.

But now we have been released from the law, since we have died to what held us, so that we may serve in the newness of the Spirit and not in the old letter of the law.

I am in them and you are in me, so that they may be made completely one, that the world may know you have sent me and have loved them as you have loved me.

“ Either make the tree good and its fruit will be good, or make the tree bad and its fruit will be bad; for a tree is known by its fruit.

Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.

But the day of the Lord will come like a thief; on that day the heavens will pass away with a loud noise, the elements will burn and be dissolved, and the earth and the works on it will be disclosed.Since all these things are to be dissolved in this way, it is clear what sort of people you should be in holy conduct and godlinessas you wait for the day of God and hasten its coming. Because of that day, the heavens will be dissolved with fire and the elements will melt with heat.But based on his promise, we wait for new heavens and a new earth, where righteousness dwells.

For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision accomplishes anything; what matters is faith working through love.

No one patches an old garment with unshrunk cloth, because the patch pulls away from the garment and makes the tear worse.And no one puts new wine into old wineskins. Otherwise, the skins burst, the wine spills out, and the skins are ruined. No, they put new wine into fresh wineskins, and both are preserved.”

That is, in Christ, God was reconciling the world to himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and he has committed the message of reconciliation to us.

It will be said about me,‘ Righteousness and strength are found only in the LORD.’” All who are enraged against him will come to him and be put to shame.All the descendants of Israel will be justified and boast in the LORD.

Israel will be saved by the LORD with an everlasting salvation; you will not be put to shame or humiliated for all eternity.

not like the covenant that I made with their ancestors on the day I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt. I showed no concern for them, says the Lord, because they did not continue in my covenant.For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put my laws into their minds and write them on their hearts. I will be their God, and they will be my people.And each person will not teach his fellow citizen, and each his brother or sister, saying,“ Know the Lord,” because they will all know me, from the least to the greatest of them.For I will forgive their wrongdoing, and I will never again remember their sins.By saying a new covenant, he has declared that the first is obsolete. And what is obsolete and growing old is about to pass away.
