Wherefore we henceforth know no man after the flesh: even though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now we know him so no more.

今而後我儕不以貌識人、雖曾以貌識基督、今不復如此識之、

此後吾不以貌視人、雖曾以貌視基督、今不復如此視之、

故此後我不以外貌認人、雖曾以外貌認基督、今後不復如此認之、

是故自今而後、吾人不復以俗眼視人矣；雖亦曾以俗眼視基督、今則不復然矣。

So from now on we regard no one from a worldly point of view. Though we once regarded Christ in this way, we do so no longer.

So from now on we don’t look at anyone the way the world does. At one time we looked at Christ in that way. But we don’t anymore.

From now on, therefore, we regard no one according to the flesh. Even though we once regarded Christ according to the flesh, we regard him thus no longer.

So we have stopped evaluating others from a human point of view. At one time we thought of Christ merely from a human point of view. How differently we know him now!

From now on, then, we do not know anyone from a worldly perspective. Even if we have known Christ from a worldly perspective, yet now we no longer know him in this way.

Therefore from now on we recognize no one by the flesh; even though we have known Christ by the flesh, yet now we know Him in this way no longer.

Therefore, from now on, we regard no one according to the flesh. Even though we have known Christ according to the flesh, yet now we know Him thus no longer.

From now on, then, we do not know anyone in a purely human way. Even if we have known Christ in a purely human way, yet now we no longer know Him in this way.

Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now henceforth know we[ him] no more.

So then from now on we acknowledge no one from an outward human point of view. Even though we have known Christ from such a human point of view, now we do not know him in that way any longer.

Therefore we know no one after the flesh from now on. Even though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now we know him so no more.

Howbeit what things were gain to me, these have I counted loss for Christ.Yea verily, and I count all things to be loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but refuse, that I may gain Christ,

It is the spirit that giveth life; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I have spoken unto you are spirit, and are life.

where there cannot be Greek and Jew, circumcision and uncircumcision, barbarian, Scythian, bondman, freeman; but Christ is all, and in all.

For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth anything, nor uncircumcision; but faith working through love.

My brethren, hold not the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, with respect of persons.For if there come into your synagogue a man with a gold ring, in fine clothing, and there come in also a poor man in vile clothing;and ye have regard to him that weareth the fine clothing, and say, Sit thou here in a good place; and ye say to the poor man, Stand thou there, or sit under my footstool;do ye not make distinctions among yourselves, and become judges with evil thoughts?

Ye are my friends, if ye do the things which I command you.

But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, easy to be entreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without variance, without hypocrisy.

And there come his mother and his brethren; and, standing without, they sent unto him, calling him.And a multitude was sitting about him; and they say unto him, Behold, thy mother and thy brethren without seek for thee.And he answereth them, and saith, Who is my mother and my brethren?And looking round on them that sat round about him, he saith, Behold, my mother and my brethren!For whosoever shall do the will of God, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother.

Who said of his father, and of his mother, I have not seen him; Neither did he acknowledge his brethren, Nor knew he his own children: For they have observed thy word, And keep thy covenant.

He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me; and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.

Wherefore kick ye at my sacrifice and at mine offering, which I have commanded in my habitation, and honorest thy sons above me, to make yourselves fat with the chiefest of all the offerings of Israel my people?

I charge thee in the sight of God, and Christ Jesus, and the elect angels, that thou observe these things without prejudice, doing nothing by partiality.Lay hands hastily on no man, neither be partaker of other men’s sins: keep thyself pure.

to whom we gave place in the way of subjection, no, not for an hour; that the truth of the gospel might continue with you.But from those who were reputed to be somewhat( whatsoever they were, it maketh no matter to me: God accepteth not man’s person)— they, I say, who were of repute imparted nothing to me:

But he answered and said unto him that told him, Who is my mother? and who are my brethren?And he stretched forth his hand towards his disciples, and said, Behold, my mother and my brethren!For whosoever shall do the will of my Father who is in heaven, he is my brother, and sister, and mother.

Seeing that many glory after the flesh, I will glory also.

And Jesus saith unto her, Woman, what have I to do with thee? mine hour is not yet come.
