For God, who said,“ Light shall shine out of darkness,” is the One who has shone in our hearts to give the Light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ.

因為那吩咐「要有光從黑暗裡照耀出來」的神，已經照耀了我們的心，為要發出神榮耀的知識之光——這光就在耶穌基督的臉上。

蓋命光由暗而照之上帝、已照我心、俾知上帝榮之光、即顯於耶穌基督之面者也、○

昔上帝命光照暗、今照吾心、使知上帝榮、在耶穌基督而顯、

昔天主命光由暗而照、今照於我心、以光照人、使其知天主之榮、即在基督面所顯者也、

夫天主昔嘗作光於黑暗之中矣、今乃照耀於吾人之心中、俾吾人得藉基督耶穌之聖容、而洞識天主之光榮。

For God, who said,“ Let light shine out of darkness,” made his light shine in our hearts to give us the light of the knowledge of God’s glory displayed in the face of Christ.

God said,“ Let light shine out of darkness.”( Genesis 1:3) He made his light shine in our hearts. His light gives us the light to know God’s glory. His glory is shown in the face of Christ.

For God, who said,“ Let light shine out of darkness,” has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

For God, who said,“ Let there be light in the darkness,” has made this light shine in our hearts so we could know the glory of God that is seen in the face of Jesus Christ.

For God who said,“ Let light shine out of darkness,” has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of God’s glory in the face of Jesus Christ.

For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

Seeing it is God, that said, Light shall shine out of darkness, who shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

For God who said,“ Let light shine out of darkness,” has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of God’s glory in the face of Jesus Christ.

For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to[ give] the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

For God, who said“ Let light shine out of darkness,” is the one who shined in our hearts to give us the light of the glorious knowledge of God in the face of Christ.

seeing it is God who said,“ Light will shine out of darkness,” who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

For behold, darkness will cover the earth And deep darkness the peoples; But the Lord will rise upon you And His glory will appear upon you.

Then God said,“ Let there be light”; and there was light.

And so we have the prophetic word made more sure, to which you do well to pay attention as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star arises in your hearts.

But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, so that you may proclaim the excellencies of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;

in whose case the god of this world has blinded the minds of the unbelieving so that they will not see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.

for you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord; walk as children of light

Then the glory of the Lord will be revealed, And all flesh will see it together; For the mouth of the Lord has spoken.”

And He is the radiance of His glory and the exact representation of His nature, and upholds all things by the word of His power. When He had made purification of sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high,

Jesus* said to her,“ Did I not say to you that if you believe, you will see the glory of God?”

But we all, with unveiled faces, looking as in a mirror at the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as from the Lord, the Spirit.

that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of Him.

He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation:

Then Moses said,“ Please, show me Your glory!”And He said,“ I Myself will make all My goodness pass before you, and will proclaim the name of the Lord before you; and I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will show compassion to whom I will show compassion.”He further said,“ You cannot see My face, for mankind shall not see Me and live!”Then the Lord said,“ Behold, there is a place by Me, and you shall stand there on the rock;and it will come about, while My glory is passing by, that I will put you in the cleft of the rock and cover you with My hand until I have passed by.Then I will take My hand away and you shall see My back, but My face shall not be seen.”

But he, being full of the Holy Spirit, looked intently into heaven and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at the right hand of God;and he said,“ Behold, I see the heavens opened and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God.”

The One forming light and creating darkness, Causing well being and creating disaster; I am the Lord who does all these things.

Let Your work appear to Your servants And Your majesty to their children.

Then God said,“ Let there be lights in the expanse of the heavens to separate the day from the night, and they shall serve as signs and for seasons, and for days and years;and they shall serve as lights in the expanse of the heavens to give light on the earth”; and it was so.

And the Lord descended in the cloud and stood there with him as he called upon the name of the Lord.Then the Lord passed by in front of him and proclaimed,“ The Lord, the Lord God, compassionate and merciful, slow to anger, and abounding in faithfulness and truth;who keeps faithfulness for thousands, who forgives wrongdoing, violation of His Law, and sin; yet He will by no means leave the guilty unpunished, inflicting the punishment of fathers on the children and on the grandchildren to the third and fourth generations.”

Jesus* said to him,“ Have I been with you for so long a time, and yet you have not come to know Me, Philip? The one who has seen Me has seen the Father; how can you say,‘ Show us the Father’?Do you not believe that I am in the Father, and the Father is in Me? The words that I say to you I do not speak on My own, but the Father, as He remains in Me, does His works.

It was revealed to them that they were not serving themselves, but you, in these things which now have been announced to you through those who preached the gospel to you by the Holy Spirit sent from heaven— things into which angels long to look.

In the year of King Uzziah’s death I saw the Lord sitting on a throne, lofty and exalted, with the train of His robe filling the temple.Seraphim were standing above Him, each having six wings: with two each covered his face, and with two each covered his feet, and with two each flew.And one called out to another and said,“ Holy, Holy, Holy, is the Lord of armies. The whole earth is full of His glory.”

who, as He already existed in the form of God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped,

All things have been handed over to Me by My Father, and no one knows who the Son is except the Father, and who the Father is except the Son, and anyone to whom the Son determines to reveal Him.”

And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us; and we saw His glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.

So have I seen You in the sanctuary, To see Your power and glory.

To Him who made the great lights, For His faithfulness is everlasting:The sun to rule by day, For His faithfulness is everlasting,The moon and stars to rule by night, For His faithfulness is everlasting.

These things Isaiah said because he saw His glory, and he spoke about Him.

It will blossom profusely And rejoice with joy and jubilation. The glory of Lebanon will be given to it, The majesty of Carmel and Sharon. They will see the glory of the Lord, The majesty of our God.

Yours is the day, Yours also is the night; You have prepared the light and the sun.
