仰望耶穌、即始立我信而終成之者、彼思所將得之樂、不以凌辱為意、受十字架之苦、今坐於天主寶座之右、彼忍惡人如此之橫逆、爾當思之、免爾疲倦喪膽、

此人必入永刑、惟義者必入永生焉、

願我主耶穌基督及我父天主、即愛我儕施恩永賜我以慰藉、及賜我以美望者、

以贖罪祭牲之脂、焚於祭臺、縱羊歸阿撒瀉勒者、當滌其衣、以水濯身、然後入營、
