第吾人所仰慕者、非形而下之事、乃形而上之事；蓋形而下者暫而不久、而形而上者則永生靡暨也。

So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.

So we don’t spend all our time looking at what we can see. Instead, we look at what we can’t see. That’s because what can be seen lasts only a short time. But what can’t be seen will last forever.

因我們行事為人是憑着信心，不是憑着眼見。

我們得救是在乎盼望；只是所見的盼望不是盼望，誰還盼望他所見的呢？但我們若盼望那所不見的，就必忍耐等候。

信就是所望之事的實底，是未見之事的確據。

這些人都是存着信心死的，並沒有得着所應許的；卻從遠處望見，且歡喜迎接，又承認自己在世上是客旅，是寄居的。

因為，凡世界上的事，就像肉體的情慾、眼目的情慾，並今生的驕傲，都不是從父來的，乃是從世界來的。這世界和其上的情慾都要過去，惟獨遵行神旨意的，是永遠常存。

主所應許我們的就是永生。

他寧可和神的百姓同受苦害，也不願暫時享受罪中之樂。他看為基督受的凌辱比埃及的財物更寶貴，因他想望所要得的賞賜。他因着信，就離開埃及，不怕王怒；因為他恆心忍耐，如同看見那不能看見的主。

仰望為我們信心創始成終的耶穌。他因那擺在前面的喜樂，就輕看羞辱，忍受了十字架的苦難，便坐在神寶座的右邊。那忍受罪人這樣頂撞的，你們要思想，免得疲倦灰心。

這些人要往永刑裏去；那些義人要往永生裏去。」

但願我們主耶穌基督和那愛我們、開恩將永遠的安慰並美好的盼望賜給我們的父神，

贖罪祭牲的脂油要在壇上焚燒。那放羊歸與阿撒瀉勒的人要洗衣服，用水洗身，然後進營。
