爾在異邦、當善所為、異邦人素謗爾為惡、今察爾善行、迄上帝眷顧彼之日、彼自讚美上帝、

行所當行、有如晝日、勿沉湎而蕩檢、勿冒色而邪侈、勿鬥忿而媢嫉、

自務善事、不第主所知、亦人所知、

我柔、而爾有能、則喜、余所願者、爾德備也、

我非彼離世是求、乃保之、使不陷於惡、

俾勿我試、拯我出惡、以國、權、榮、皆爾所有、爰及世世、固所願也、

而以吾行事、自薦為上帝僕、有若多忍、患難、災害、阨窮、

見納者非自許、乃主所許焉、

我思上帝、使我儕使徒、立於末局、如擬死之囚、為世人天使視若優伶、我儕緣基督若愚、爾宗基督若智、我儕則柔、而爾則強、我儕則辱、而爾則榮、迄於今、我儕饑渴、裸裎、受撻、靡有定處、服勞、親作、被詬則祝、窘逐則忍、被誚則求、人視我儕如世污穢、如物塵垢、以至於今、

爾中必各自為黨、以別諳練者焉、

勿以惡報惡、眾所善者、則務之、

問安亞比利、宗基督之諳練者、問安亞利多布族人、

雅必禱以色列族之上帝、曰、願爾錫嘏於我、恢擴四境、眷祐乎我、免遭患難、毫無所憂。上帝允其所祈。
