你們看事情，只看表面。如果有人自信是屬於基督的，他就應該再想一想：他是屬於基督的，同樣，我們也是屬於基督的。

何爾等眼光之淺耶！若有自矜其為基督之僕、曷一思吾儕亦未嘗非基督之僕也。

You are judging by appearances. If anyone is confident that they belong to Christ, they should consider again that we belong to Christ just as much as they do.

You are judging only by how things look on the surface. Suppose someone is sure they belong to Christ. Then they should consider again that we belong to Christ just as much as they do.

Look at what is before your eyes. If anyone is confident that he is Christ’s, let him remind himself that just as he is Christ’s, so also are we.

Look at the obvious facts. Those who say they belong to Christ must recognize that we belong to Christ as much as they do.

我們不是又再向你們推薦自己，而是給你們機會以我們為樂，使你們可以應付那些只誇外貌不誇內心的人。

不要按外貌判斷人，總要公公平平地判斷人。”

他們是基督的僕人嗎？說句狂話，我更是。我受更多的勞苦，更多的坐監，受了過量的鞭打，常常有生命的危險。

如果有人自以為是先知或是屬靈的，他就應該知道我寫給你們的是主的命令；

我不是自由的嗎？我不是使徒嗎？我不是見過我們的主耶穌嗎？你們不是我在主裡面的工作嗎？

你們是屬基督的，基督是屬神的。

如果你們屬於基督，就是亞伯拉罕的後裔，是按照應許承受產業的了。

我的意思就是，你們各人說，我是保羅派的，我是亞波羅派的，我是磯法派的，我是基督派的。

我保羅與你們見面的時候是謙卑的，不在你們那裡的時候，卻是放膽的。現在我親自以基督的謙遜溫柔勸你們，

耶穌對他們說：“你們在人面前自稱為義，神卻知道你們的心；因為人所高舉的，神卻看作是可憎惡的。

因為你們在找基督藉著我說話的憑據。基督對你們不是軟弱的，相反地，在你們身上是有能力的。

但耶和華對撒母耳說：“不要看他的外貌和他高大的身材，因為我不揀選他。耶和華看人不像人看人，人是看外表，耶和華是看內心。”

因為表面上作猶太人的並不是猶太人，在肉身上表面的割禮也不是割禮。唯有在內心作猶太人的才是猶太人；割禮也是心裡的，是靠著聖靈而不是靠著儀文。這樣的人所受的稱讚，不是從人來的，而是從神來的。

他們所作的一切，都是要作給人看：他們把經文的匣子做大了，衣服的繸子做長了；

既然有許多人按著世俗的標準誇口，我也要誇口。

弟兄們，我要你們知道，我所傳的福音，並不是照著人的意思，因為這福音我不是從人領受的，也不是人教導我的，而是藉著耶穌基督的啟示來的。你們聽過我從前在猶太教中所行的：怎樣極力逼迫殘害神的教會，

對這些人，我們一點也沒有讓步妥協，為了要使福音的真理存留在你們中間。至於那些被認為有名望的人（無論他們從前怎麼樣，都與我無關；神不以外貌取人），他們並沒有給我增加甚麼；反而因為看見我受託傳福音給沒有受割禮的人，就像彼得受託傳福音給受割禮的人一樣，（因為運行在彼得裡面，使他作受割禮者的使徒的那一位，也運行在我裡面，使我作外族人的使徒，）又知道我蒙了神的恩，那幾位被譽為柱石的雅各、磯法和約翰，就向我和巴拿巴伸出右手互相許諾，我們要到外族人那裡去傳福音，他們要到受割禮的人那裡去傳福音；

如果有人來傳講另一位耶穌，不是我們傳過的，或者你們接受另一個不同的靈，不是你們領受過的，又或者接受另一個不同的福音，不是你們接受過的，你們倒可以容忍得下！

只是各人要按著自己的次序：初熟的果子是基督，以後，在他來的時候，是那些屬基督的人。

我成了愚妄的人，是你們逼成的。其實你們應該稱讚我，因為我雖然算不得甚麼，卻沒有一點比不上那些“超等使徒”。
