For just as we share abundantly in the sufferings of Christ, so also our comfort abounds through Christ.

We share very much in the sufferings of Christ. So we also share very much in his comfort.

For the more we suffer for Christ, the more God will shower us with his comfort through Christ.

Who is led into sin without my intense concern?If I have to boast, I will boast of what pertains to my weakness.
