For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was preached among you by us— by me and Silas and Timothy— was not“ Yes” and“ No,” but in him it has always been“ Yes.”

Silas, Timothy and I preached to you about the Son of God, Jesus Christ. Our message did not say“ Yes” and“ No” at the same time. The message of Christ has always been“ Yes.”

For Jesus Christ, the Son of God, does not waver between“ Yes” and“ No.” He is the one whom Silas, Timothy, and I preached to you, and as God’s ultimate“ Yes,” he always does what he says.

but these are written so that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name.

And as they were going along the road they came to some water, and the eunuch said,“ See, here is water! What prevents me from being baptized?”

Then it seemed good to the apostles and the elders, with the whole church, to choose men from among them and send them to Antioch with Paul and Barnabas. They sent Judas called Barsabbas, and Silas, leading men among the brothers,

And immediately he proclaimed Jesus in the synagogues, saying,“ He is the Son of God.”

that which we have seen and heard we proclaim also to you, so that you too may have fellowship with us; and indeed our fellowship is with the Father and with his Son Jesus Christ.

If we receive the testimony of men, the testimony of God is greater, for this is the testimony of God that he has borne concerning his Son.Whoever believes in the Son of God has the testimony in himself. Whoever does not believe God has made him a liar, because he has not believed in the testimony that God has borne concerning his Son.And this is the testimony, that God gave us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life.I write these things to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life.

Nathanael answered him,“ Rabbi, you are the Son of God! You are the King of Israel!”

and we have believed, and have come to know, that you are the Holy One of God.”

And I have seen and have borne witness that this is the Son of God.”

and saying,“ You who would destroy the temple and rebuild it in three days, save yourself! If you are the Son of God, come down from the cross.”

And the angel answered her,“ The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you; therefore the child to be born will be called holy— the Son of God.
