是夕耶和華見於所羅門、諭之曰、我聞爾祈、而簡此所、以為祀我之室、

自天有聲云、此我愛子、我所欣悅者、

耶穌曰、爾毀此殿、我三日必建之、曰、此殿之建、歷四十有六年、爾三日將建之乎、耶穌之言、乃以身喻殿也、

耶和華謂撒但曰、撒但歟、耶和華斥責爾、簡耶路撒冷之耶和華斥責爾、此非拔於火中之燼乎、

蓋上帝性體之充盛、悉寓其身、

曰、此我永久安居之所、我必處此、以其為我所悅兮、

願爾之目、晝夜垂顧此室、即爾所言寄名之所、俯聽爾僕向此所祈、

在耶和華室築壇、昔耶和華指此室而言曰、我名必永在耶路撒冷、又在耶和華室二院中、為天象築壇、並在欣嫩子谷、使其子女經火、又行卜筮、用法術、行邪術、與憑鬼者及巫覡交、多行耶和華所惡、以激其怒、又置所造雕像於上帝室、昔上帝諭大衛、及其子所羅門曰、此室及耶路撒冷、乃我於以色列支派中所簡者、必永寄我名於其中、

若爾上帝耶和華所選寄名之處、離爾甚遠、則可取耶和華所賜爾之牛羊宰之、隨意食於諸邑、循我所命、

彼曰、自我導我民以色列出埃及、於以色列支派中、我未嘗簡一邑以建室、為我寄名之所、惟簡大衛、治我民以色列、

又於耶和華室、置所造之亞舍拉雕像、昔耶和華諭大衛、及其子所羅門曰、此室與耶路撒冷、乃我於以色列支派中所簡者、必永寄我名於其中、如以色列人謹守遵行我命、及我僕摩西所命之法律、則我不復使之流離、去我賜其列祖之地、

在敵人虜者之地、一心一意歸爾、向其故土、爾所錫其列祖者、與爾所簡之邑、及我為爾名所建之室、祈禱於爾、

民獲罪爾、致天閉塞不雨、遭爾罰時、若向此祈禱、而認爾名、改悔厥罪、

爾與子女僕婢、暨居爾中之利未人、以及賓旅孤寡、咸在爾上帝耶和華所選寄名之處、樂於其前、

如爾民奉爾所遣、無論何途、出與敵戰、向爾所簡之邑、及我為爾名所建之室、祈禱耶和華、

在耶和華室建壇、昔耶和華指此室而言曰、我必寄我名於耶路撒冷、
