Thus Solomon finished Yahweh’s house and the king’s house; and he successfully completed all that came into Solomon’s heart to make in Yahweh’s house and in his own house.

所罗门造成了耶和华殿和王宫；在耶和华殿和王宫凡他心中所要做的，都顺顺利利地做成了。

所罗门建完了耶和华的殿和王宫；在耶和华的殿和王宫的工程上，凡他心中所要做的，都顺利做成了。

所羅門建完了耶和華的殿和王宮；在耶和華的殿和王宮的工程上，凡他心中所要做的，都順利做成了。

這樣、所羅門把永恆主的殿和王的宮室都建造完了；在永恆主之殿和自己王宮裏的、凡所羅門心裏想要作的他都順利作成了。

所羅門建耶和華室、及王宮室告成、於耶和華室、及己宮室、凡其心所欲作者、盡皆順遂、而竣厥工、

於是耶和華殿、與王宮室、凡所羅門所欲建者、至是告成。

如是所羅門建成主殿及王宮、凡所羅門意中所欲作於主殿及己宮者、皆亨通而工無不竣、

When Solomon had finished the temple of the Lord and the royal palace, and had succeeded in carrying out all he had in mind to do in the temple of the Lord and in his own palace,

Solomon finished the Lord’ s temple and the royal palace. He had done everything he had planned to do in the Lord’ s temple and his own palace.

Thus Solomon finished the house of the Lord and the king’s house. All that Solomon had planned to do in the house of the Lord and in his own house he successfully accomplished.

So Solomon finished the Temple of the Lord, as well as the royal palace. He completed everything he had planned to do in the construction of the Temple and the palace.

So Solomon finished the LORD’s temple and the royal palace. Everything that had entered Solomon’s heart to do for the LORD’s temple and for his own palace succeeded.

So Solomon finished the house of the Lord and the king’s palace, and successfully completed everything that he had planned on doing in the house of the Lord and in his palace.

Thus Solomon finished the house of the Lord and the king’s house; and Solomon successfully accomplished all that came into his heart to make in the house of the Lord and in his own house.

Thus Solomon finished the house of Jehovah, and the king’s house: and all that came into Solomon’s heart to make in the house of Jehovah, and in his own house, he prosperously effected.

So Solomon finished the Lord’s temple and the royal palace. Everything that had entered Solomon’s heart to do for the Lord’s temple and for his own palace succeeded.

Thus Solomon finished the house of the LORD, and the king’s house: and all that came into Solomon’s heart to make in the house of the LORD, and in his own house, he prosperously effected.

After Solomon finished building the LORD’s temple and the royal palace, and accomplished all his plans for the LORD’s temple and his royal palace,

When Solomon had finished the building of Yahweh’s house, the king’s house, and all Solomon’s desire which he was pleased to do,Yahweh appeared to Solomon the second time, as he had appeared to him at Gibeon.Yahweh said to him,“ I have heard your prayer and your supplication, that you have made before me. I have made this house holy, which you have built, to put my name there forever; and my eyes and my heart shall be there perpetually.As for you, if you will walk before me, as David your father walked, in integrity of heart, and in uprightness, to do according to all that I have commanded you, and will keep my statutes and my ordinances;then I will establish the throne of your kingdom over Israel forever, as I promised to David your father, saying,‘ There shall not fail from you a man on the throne of Israel.’But if you turn away from following me, you or your children, and not keep my commandments and my statutes which I have set before you, but go and serve other gods, and worship them;then I will cut off Israel out of the land which I have given them; and I will cast this house, which I have made holy for my name, out of my sight; and Israel will be a proverb and a byword among all peoples.Though this house is so high, yet everyone who passes by it will be astonished and hiss; and they will say,‘ Why has Yahweh done this to this land, and to this house?’and they will answer,‘ Because they abandoned Yahweh their God, who brought their fathers out of the land of Egypt, and embraced other gods, and worshiped them, and served them. Therefore Yahweh has brought all this evil on them.’”

Now Solomon decided to build a house for Yahweh’s name, and a house for his kingdom.

Whatever my eyes desired, I didn’t keep from them. I didn’t withhold my heart from any joy, for my heart rejoiced because of all my labor, and this was my portion from all my labor.Then I looked at all the works that my hands had worked, and at the labor that I had labored to do; and behold, all was vanity and a chasing after wind, and there was no profit under the sun.

I made myself great works. I built myself houses. I planted myself vineyards.
