万军之耶和华说：“看哪，我要差遣我的使者在我前面预备道路。你们所寻求的主必忽然来到他的殿；立约的使者，就是你们所仰慕的，看哪，快要来到。”他来的日子，谁能当得起呢？他显现的时候，谁能立得住呢？因为他如炼金匠的火，如漂洗者的碱。

他又带我由北门来到殿前。我观看，看哪，耶和华的荣光充满耶和华的殿，我就脸伏于地。

耶和华的使者伸出手里的杖，杖头一碰到肉和无酵饼，就有火从磐石中出来，吞灭了肉和无酵饼。耶和华的使者就从他眼前消失了。

祭司从圣所出来的时候，有云充满耶和华的殿，祭司因云彩的缘故不能站立供职，因为耶和华的荣光充满了耶和华的殿。

那时，云彩遮盖会幕，耶和华的荣光充满了帐幕。摩西不能进会幕，因为云彩停在其上，耶和华的荣光充满了帐幕。

日落天黑的时候，看哪，有冒烟的炉和烧着的火把从那些肉块中经过。

所罗门在耶和华的坛前屈膝跪着，向天举手；他在耶和华面前祷告祈求完毕的时候，就起来，站着，大声为以色列全会众祝福，说：“耶和华是应当称颂的！因为他照着一切所应许的赐平安给他的百姓以色列，凡藉他仆人摩西应许赐福的话，一句都没有落空。愿耶和华—我们的神与我们同在，像与我们列祖同在一样，不撇下我们，不丢弃我们，使我们的心归向他，遵行他一切的道，谨守他吩咐我们列祖的诫命、律例、典章。愿我在耶和华面前祈求的这些话，昼夜靠近耶和华—我们的神，好让他每日为他仆人和他百姓以色列伸张正义，使地上的万民都知道惟独耶和华是神，没有别的了。所以你们当向耶和华—我们的神存纯正的心，遵行他的律例，谨守他的诫命，如同今日一样。”

你们求告你们神明的名，我也求告耶和华的名。那应允祷告降火的就是神。”众百姓回答说：“好主意。”

灵将我举起，带入内院，看哪，耶和华的荣光充满了殿。

吹号的、歌唱的都合一齐声，赞美称谢耶和华。他们配合号筒、铙钹和其他乐器，扬声赞美耶和华：“耶和华本为善，他的慈爱永远长存！”那时，耶和华的殿充满了云彩。祭司因云彩的缘故不能站立供职，因为耶和华的荣光充满了神的殿。

他们尚未求告，我就应允；正说话的时候，我就垂听。

那城内不用日月光照，因为有神的荣耀光照，又有羔羊为城的灯。

我要在那里与以色列人相会，会幕就要因我的荣耀成为圣。

那人进去的时候，基路伯站在殿的南边，云彩充满了内院。耶和华的荣耀从基路伯那里上升，到殿的入口处；殿内满布云彩，院子也充满了耶和华荣耀的光辉。

他们祷告完了，聚会的地方震动；他们都被圣灵充满，放胆传讲神的道。

我正说话、祷告，承认我的罪和我百姓以色列的罪，为我神的圣山，在耶和华—我的神面前恳求；

约在半夜，保罗和西拉正在祷告，唱诗赞美神，众囚犯也侧耳听着的时候，忽然，地大震动，甚至监牢的地基都摇动了，监门立刻全开，众囚犯的锁链也都解开了。

我必震动万国，万国的珍宝都必运来，我就使这殿充满荣耀。这是万军之耶和华说的。银子是我的，金子也是我的。这是万军之耶和华说的。这后来的殿的荣耀必大过先前的荣耀。这是万军之耶和华说的。在这地方我必赐平安。这是万军之耶和华说的。’”

当乌西雅王崩的那年，我看见主坐在高高的宝座上。他的衣裳下摆遮满圣殿。上有撒拉弗侍立，各有六个翅膀：两个翅膀遮脸，两个翅膀遮脚，两个翅膀飞翔，彼此呼喊说：“圣哉！圣哉！圣哉！万军之耶和华；他的荣光遍满全地！”因呼喊者的声音，门槛的根基震动，殿里充满了烟云。
