只要你的以色列子民，或个人或全体，自知心中痛苦并向着这殿伸手祷告，无论祈求什么，

你的子民以色列，无论是个别或是全体，自知自己的灾祸和痛苦，向着这殿张开双手祷告或祈求，

你的民以色列，或是眾人，或是一人，自覺災禍甚苦，向這殿舉手，無論祈求甚麼，禱告甚麼，

你的百姓以色列，或眾人或一人，自覺災禍困苦，向這殿舉手，無論祈求甚麼，禱告甚麼，

你的百姓以色列，或眾人或一人，自覺災禍困苦，向這殿舉手，無論祈求甚麼，禱告甚麼，

只要你的以色列子民，或個人或全體，自知心中痛苦並向著這殿伸手禱告，無論祈求什麼，

你的子民以色列，無論是個別或是全體，自知自己的災禍和痛苦，向著這殿張開雙手禱告或祈求，

你人民以色列，或是任何一人，或是眾人，各人知道自己的災病、自己的苦痛，向這殿舉開雙手，或是禱告，或是懇求，

爾民以色列、或一人、或眾人、自覺其殃其苦、若向此室張手、無論何所禱、何所祈、

如以色列族中知其艱苦、不論何事、展舒其手、向斯殿以祈求、

主之民以色列、無論何人、自覺己心之憂痛愁苦、向此殿舉手、無論何祈何禱、

and when a prayer or plea is made by anyone among your people Israel— being aware of their afflictions and pains, and spreading out their hands toward this temple—

But suppose one of your people prays to you. They ask you to help them. They are aware of how much they are suffering. And they spread out their hands toward this temple to pray.

whatever prayer, whatever plea is made by any man or by all your people Israel, each knowing his own affliction and his own sorrow and stretching out his hands toward this house,

and if your people Israel pray about their troubles or sorrow, raising their hands toward this Temple,

every prayer or petition that any person or that all your people Israel may have— they each know their own affliction and suffering— as they spread out their hands toward this temple,

whatever prayer or plea is made by anyone or by all Your people Israel, each knowing his own affliction and his own pain, and spreading his hands toward this house,

whatever prayer, whatever supplication is made by anyone, or by all Your people Israel, when each one knows his own burden and his own grief, and spreads out his hands to this temple:

what prayer and supplication soever be made by any man, or by all thy people Israel, who shall know every man his own plague and his own sorrow, and shall spread forth his hands toward this house:

whatever prayer or petition anyone from your people Israel might have— each man knowing his own affliction and suffering, and spreading out his hands toward this temple—

[ Then] what prayer[ or] what supplication soever shall be made of any man, or of all thy people Israel, when every one shall know his own sore and his own grief, and shall spread forth his hands in this house:

When all your people Israel pray and ask for help, as they acknowledge their intense pain and spread out their hands toward this temple,

whatever prayer and supplication is made by any man, or by all your people Israel, who will each know his own plague and his own sorrow, and shall spread out his hands toward this house;

以耶和华为神的，那国是有福的！他所拣选为自己产业的，那民是有福的！耶和华从天上观看；他看见一切的世人。

心中的苦楚，自己知道；心里的喜乐，外人无干。

他若求告我，我就应允他；他在急难中，我要与他同在；我要搭救他，使他尊贵。

并要在患难之日求告我；我必搭救你，你也要荣耀我。”

所罗门当着以色列会众，站在耶和华的坛前，举起手来，（所罗门曾造一个铜台，长五肘，宽五肘，高三肘，放在院中）就站在台上，当着以色列的会众跪下，向天举手，

我发声哀告耶和华，发声恳求耶和华。我在他面前吐露我的苦情，陈说我的患难。

凡心里没有诡诈，耶和华不算为有罪的，这人是有福的！我闭口不认罪的时候，因终日唉哼而骨头枯干。黑夜白日，你的手在我身上沉重；我的精力耗尽，如同夏天的干旱。细拉我向你陈明我的罪，不隐瞒我的恶。我说：“我要向耶和华承认我的过犯。”你就赦免我的罪恶。细拉为此，凡虔诚人都当趁你可寻找的时候祷告你；大水泛溢的时候，必不能到他那里。

你们举手祷告，我必遮眼不看；就是你们多多地祈祷，我也不听。你们的手都满了杀人的血。
