如人與同儕有所干犯、至此殿、發誓於壇前、

“人若得罪邻舍，有人叫他起誓，他来到这殿，在你的坛前起誓，

「人若得罪鄰舍，有人強迫他，要他起誓，他來到這殿，在你的壇前起誓，

「人若得罪鄰舍，有人強迫他，要他起誓，他來到這殿，在你的壇前起誓，

「如果有人得罪鄰舍，被叫到這殿中，在你的壇前起誓，

“人若是得罪了鄰舍，有人要他起誓，他就來到這殿，在你的祭壇前起誓；

『人若得罪了鄰舍，有人叫他用一種咒語來起誓，他來到這殿，在你祭壇前起誓；

人若獲罪於鄰、令其發誓、則至此室、在爾壇前發誓、

人若獲罪於人、有人使其在此殿主之祭臺前發誓、

“ When anyone wrongs their neighbor and is required to take an oath and they come and swear the oath before your altar in this temple,

“ Suppose someone does something wrong to their neighbor. And the person who has done something wrong is required to give their word. They must tell the truth about what they have done. They must come and do it in front of your altar in this temple.

“ If a man sins against his neighbor and is made to take an oath and comes and swears his oath before your altar in this house,

“ If someone wrongs another person and is required to take an oath of innocence in front of your altar at this Temple,

“ When someone is accused of sinning against his neighbor and the latter pronounces a curse on the alleged offender before your altar in this temple,

則受托者必指耶和華發誓、自明其一介不取、而畜主必以為足、不使其償。

令婦發誓、告之曰、如汝克循婦道、未與他人有私、不玷爾身、則致詛之苦水、不害及爾、如爾不循婦道、有私於人、以玷爾身、則耶和華使汝見詛於民中、汝必髀消腹鼓、使此致詛之水、苦入汝腹中、令汝髀消腹鼓。婦宜曰、固所願也、固所願也。

如人目擊其情、與知其事、被召為證、令其發誓、而不實告、於是取戾、

爾又曰、人指壇而誓、則無事、惟指壇上禮物而誓、則當償之、

恐富而侈、不崇事耶和華、或貧而盜、妄發誓言。

如人與同儕有所干犯、使至此殿、發誓於壇前、則爾在天、俯聞其聲、在爾僕中判其是非、以惡者為惡、罰其罪戾、以義者為義、賞其善行。
